6 overs lost for slow over rate & they are not going to start at 9:30 tomorrow. Should the crowd be paid back 7% of their ticket or the broadcaster should pay organizers 7% less.

These are the areas ICC is so loose - only solution is add 6 X 3.61 ~21 (or whatever considered after excluding genuine time delay) runs to PAK's account as extra & do the same for WI if PAK does same. But, that adjustment to be done before the 4th innings, netting off both sides, keeping the demerit points & monetary fine intact.

I can bet, in 3 months time, we'll see 91 to 93 overs bowled in 6 hours day. Every team has taken this to such a level that, something harsh has to be done. 1st session, WI bowled 31 overs in 150 minutes, with 10+ being bowled by spinners, when they knew which pair is going to open bowling, where to position fielders & who are coming as 1st change!!!!!
