Nice idea, but really not sure if we can score 350 runs, even on a Day 3 pitch unless SL is absolutely awful or our batsmen are absolutely spectacular.

I had made this assessment much before the series when some people opined that Pakistan would roll over Sri Lanka just because India did so. I had stated then that Sri Lanka were not as week as they were made out to look by India.

The conditions are a lot easier to bat on. When even the likes of Anderson, Broad, Starc etc are rendered useless, you know the conditions are hopeless for fast men.

Good start from our openers here, we need to look to bat all off day 3 tomorrow and get up and level with SL atleast on 1st inns, there should be no rush with the batting, just need to score at a good pace and bat solidly as our batsmen should all look to fill their boots in these conditions.
