Lots of injury problems from what I have heard. Hoping Pakistan can seal a 5-0 victory here
 
Should rest Hasan and play Fahim. My XI would be:

Imam

Azam
Harris
Malik
Sarfraz
Imad
Shadab
Fahim
Junaid
Usman Khan


Gives opportunity to all players.
 
Fahim Ashraf in for Junaid Khan. Pak's batting long this time around. We could even chase a 280 here with everyone in our line up capable of batting.
 
Hasan will probably open the bowling & there goes @Cheif Destroyer 's theory :)) :))

Bro how can he play when he is injured for most of the time? Read comments of mickey arthur in yesterday conference he is injured and not match fit yet.
 
ohhh my GOd..i saw fahim for hafiz and then they say for junaid..national treasure is undroppable.
 
Hassan could have been rested to play Faheem instead of Junaid who isnt in the T20 squad as well till now.
 
They will fail to groom a fast bowling all rounder and the big tours where spin plays less part will come.
 
Looks like we have to cope with Hafeez for another 3-5 years barring his bowling
 
No idea why they rested Junaid. Could have rested Hasan, who has nothing to prove. None of the other pacers have been remarkable this series (though Raees looked good 1st ODI). Would have given a chance for someone to try and stamp down the third pacer slot.

Would have probably rested Babar too. I get Haris is injured/not match fit, and probably makes no sense to recall Shehzad, but i'd have gone with one less batsman, we can take the risk and would have given us a chance to see fahim or Imad bat with greater responsibility.

If Fahim can hold down the third pacer slot, that would honestly be great for us, it'd make our tail very long.
 
Shinwari is still a trundler but he is so much better than the waiting in line likes of Sohail Khan and Anwar Ali..:)))

a kind of decision a struggling batting captain would have taken. It's much easier to bat without any pressure in the daylight than chasing.

I would rather have Hasan bowl with the new ball and Faheem with the old one.
Faheem isnt moving the ball anyway.

I have no problem with these duds batting first as long as they can actually score 270+ on a batting track.
 
15 occasions Pakistan bowlers have picked up 2 wickets in 2 balls without going on to get a hattrick. This is across formats.

As I type that, Usman Shinwari with another beauty to get the captain!

I am not sure how effective faheem be in the middle overs and the way Hassan is bowling he should continue at one down pace option.

Atleast with the new ball if faheem is accurate he might get a few.

I am unable to watch the match this time. Thought i would watch Pakistan's innings late in the evening. But i think it might be over before that :(
 
Well think Usman has locked down the third pacer spot already before anyone's even had the chance to contest :)). 4 wickets inside of in 12 balls lol.
 
Very impressive bowling attack. I think it's the end of Wahabs and Junaids ODI careers. Amir better watch out too.
 
I have been backing this guy since forever but people call him a trundler. He is faster than ever now and can STILL increase pace. He will become virtually unplayable (if he already isn't) with an increase of 5 KPH.
 
So much competition is our fast bowling is mouth watering.

It makes sense what you are saying, but atleast Hasan can move the new ball.
And Faheem bowled some good lines and lengths in the last match he played.
