The game is over for Pakistan. It was always going to be hard chasing 303 against two highly skilled spinners. Pakistan still has a chance to qualify if they beat Bangladesh and India by a huge margin.

There just wasnt urgency at the start. To score 100 in 25 in the hope of scoring 200 in the next 25 (when the ball is older and softer, and when it is more likely that less accomplished batsmen will be facing the music) is absolute foolhardy.

We are out of this tournament and with this performace we never deserved to advance to the finals. It will be exciting to see SL vs. IND first in this round and then in the final. Both teams are playing exciting cricket - India looks stronger in the batting department whereas Sri Lankans are a very good bowling and fielding unit.
