I am sure that people are aware that this is on a free global legal YouTube stream.

Asif is the same bowler he was before.

Exactly the same.

And he has just bowled a 7 over spell. So much for being unfit.

The thing that really saddens me is that the one match which absolutely screams out for Mohammad Asif's style of bowling is the Day/Night Test at Brisbane. I really worry about Wahab Riaz and Rahat Ali leaking runs too fast in daylight.

People who resent the three convicted fixers have made excuse after excuse to obstruct Asif's return.

And now, when Pakistan needs him the most, even the haters can see that he is just as good as ever, and all that they have done is ruin their own country's chances of winning their first ever tour of Australia.

It's really, really sad.

But it also makes me very angry.

Contrary to popular belief, Pakistan Domestic Cricket is full of shoddy batsman that have non-existent techniques.

As demonstrated today; a bit of nibble and the batsman fall like flies.

He seems like a very good all round prospect for Pakistan...

Lol Imran Farhat is Rubbish ??? Dude's a gun domestic batsman bro !! Has scored 13k FC runs across bucket load of seasons and still averages around 44 runs per innings !!

The most frustrating thing is that Mohammad Asif is scything through left-handed batsmen at will. And five days from now you have a Day/Night Test match on a greentop against seven of them.

But your selected right-armers are so terrible that you are going to have to play 3 left-arm quicks instead.

While your best right-arm quick will be watching from home, watching in front of the the 2016-17 QEA Final Man Of the Match award on his mantelpiece.

Wait What !?!?!? :20: Aren't we discussing on another thread that for bowlers, since the conditions are easy, every aira ghaira bowler becomes ATG level one due to the pitch. So if a guy is averaging almost 44 runs per innings then I guess isn't that very good ??

The pitches vary heavily in Pakistan. Some are green mambas while others are flat pancakes.

Has nobody told the groundsman that you need a green wicket and outfield for the pink ball to survive.

This ball is little more than a rag now.

Someone mentioned in a different thread the pitch was indeed made with some grass left so it can last a bit longer.

It's all pretty brown looking already.

Cricket Australia controls grass length in Pink Ball matches down to the precise millimetre that the groundsman is allowed to cut it down to. The current standard is 2 mm less than for last year's Adelaide Test, and both Cairns today and Brisbane on Thursday were that length to the millimetre!
 
Kamran Akmal should make a big score when WAPDA bats.

The pitch and outfield are so rough that there was only around 15 overs before the ball just become a floppy rag. Survive those 15 overs and the ball gives the bowlers nothing.

Yes yes. And Imran Farhat just plays on the flat pancakes and sits out in the remaining games. While, the bowlers who average around 20 just play on green mambas and sit out in remaining games. I wonder if other batsmen could also know Imran Farhat's secret, who has somehow managed to play 190 first class games in Pakistan, all on flat pancakes.
 
Why is this Ghulam Ali discouraging Amad from playing his shots and showing intent?

POOR pathetic mentality by him, calling Amad immature for trying to score, even when they are 7 down.

Imran Farhat's a "gun batsman" in so far as you watch him bat against any decent bowling and you want to put a gun to your head to make the misery stop.

The fact all these TTFs on the international stage like Farhat, Faisal Iqbal and Kami possess such glowing domestic records is a sad indictment of the quality of cricket played at domestic level.

This final has been wholly discouraging. Seriously, this is the bloody final of our premier domestic competition and over half the side are out before the 50 mark !
 
I can not believe that I am watching Mohammad Asif bowl live after 6 years.

I can not describe this feeling. He is still a magician.

It is quite clear from last three series, others (Sohail, Rabat and Wahab) cannot bowl on consistent channel, 2 freebies every over, that would be bread and butter for Warner, he will murder us.

For that very reason Asif is sp much more important, Asif and Amir would be deadly anywhere, Warner will not get freebies and will throw wickets. You cannot give him breathing room.

Not to mention GABBA has bounce and under lights Asif would be nightmare to face. I am just wondering after big defeat they may send Asif, Misbah would be desperate to win, I can tell you they all be watching highlights and checking scorecards of Asif's performance including Mickey. I can bet you Misbah and Mickey talked about Asif and Irfan today, why none of them are herr 😎
