Just a bit of fun...

My cousin went to the game and claimed he saw the actor Irfan Khan and Martin Bashir on the 4th day.

Anyone else name any stars or even D-listers they saw at the game?

I was at the game on the first day and ran into Nigel Farage, not sure if he counts as a celebrity though.

Pretty sure I saw Malala when sky sports were just showing the crowd/people after the match had finished etc.

But Irfan khan is sick....

Shouldn’t Meghan Markle have been there?

There was a British government lady there I think

Why would she have been there? The lady you are thinking of is Theresa May - the PM.

Martin was there. Had an interview with Aggers on TMS

I thought it as British tradition to watch Test cricket, especially the first match of the summer. Quite disappointing I must say that she wasn’t there, albeit she is American, I would’ve loved to see her there. More celebrities should come and see Pakistan cricket, and not watch inattentive inwatchful sports like football.

Oh just figured... the guy in the purple hoodie.. Couldn't even recognize him.

This Irfan Khan is hardly a celebrity. I would not be interested in his autograph at all. Top western celebrities and Cricket don't go together. Have never seen an A list Hollywood star or Football player attend an international Cricket match in England.

Mick Jagger was there at the Ireland game....

Ok this Nigel guy looks so evil even with smiling. He reminds me of Mr Burns from Simpsons.

I'm sure his eternal wish is to give you an autograph of his.

I don't see people lining up for his autograph in the above pic:warner Only real and world renowned Khan is Imran Khan! Your Irfan looks daft wearing a hoodie on a hot day.

Is this the guy from The Mummy?

There were a few journos in the press box who the way they were behaving think they are celebs ;)

Would love to have met Irfan Khan, what a fine actor & comes across as a funny dude too, chalo an Indian was there to witness firsthand how the greens smashed the poms

I was excited to see actor Jim Carter (who I know as Carson from Downton Abbey) on the 1st and 2nd day. I read he is a former chairman of Hampstead Cricket Club, hence the link with cricket too. His wife was with him too actress Imelda Staunton (who I know as Prof. Umbridge from Harry Potter). They are at the bottom row.

What’s a celebrity when you can be a great artist.

He is not a great artist. Indian people consider all their celebrities as being "great". That is they way they think. Dilip Kumar, Amitabh, Salman or Shahrukh okay one has to give it to them. Irfan Khan with that weird and cheeky looking face, no way!!!:)):))

Talking about celebrities; we have one of the best cricket administrators in the world, Najam Sethi, in the midst.

Irfan is the finest actor produced by Bollywood along with Naseerudin and a few others and i will pay to watch them any day of the week over all these garbage masala actors bollywood. I heard he is seriously ill wishing him a speedy recovery
