As long as there is samiya Sarkar and sir kayes and liton are in the team we can't win ever from now on. Bravo stupid BCB.

The only format on this tour, Bangladesh can really challenge SA

Why does South Africa play Kagiso Granada in every match (test, ODIs, T20I).

Playing all formats increases the risk of injuries, Dale Steyn is a perfect example.

What are 4 pacers doing here? Rubel and Taskin are trash bowlers now. SA batsmen will thrash these 2 all around.

Steyn hasn't played that many limited overs games for someone who has been around for over a decade. But i do agree Rabada plays way too much. I think Faf has no option since Steyn, Morkel, Philander and Morris are injured.

South Africa can't afford Pretorious and Phelukwayo. in the same bowling line up.
Ideally my ODI South African XI for the world cup will be:

Quiton de Qock
Hashim Amla
Faf du Plesis
AB de Villiers
Jean Paul Duminy
David Miller
Vernon Philander
Kagiso Rabada
Dale Steyn
Morne Morkel
Imran Tahir

Pretorius or Morris can come in for one of the four quicks.
Aiden Markram can come in for Jean Paul Duminy with a change batting order. It's a brilliant team.

Shakib's becomes the fastest to 5000 runs and 200 wickets. From 178 matches, 2nd fastest was Kallis with 221 matches

Anything less than 300 and we will lose

The problem is we dont have a bowling line up which can defend even 300 here. We are carrying two trash bowlers in our line up .Rubel and Taskin.Saifuddin is a newbie.Mortoza at least don't go for many runs.

Someone called him a superstar in another thread. Let him prove himself as a decent batsman first. He is not even a star at present.

He will never be super star. He proved himself as domestic player and a failure in internationals.

300 is a psychological Barrier

That's why Bangladesh team is a very good ODI team. They have so many stroke players. And here we have Shehzad with half a dozen ball duck, tuk tuk Azhar and Babar play test in ODI.

At least 42 runs short than par runs of fight. very disappointed with the power play. Could have been better than this.

BD bowlers need to bowl well directed slower bouncer to keep Sa batsmen calm and put some fight.

Now pitch is behaving as batting deck

Pitch was always a batting deck and it's a sporting wicket favoring bowlers also who bowls good. But Bangladesh has some trash pacers who are good for nothing.Even 350 is easily chasable against this attack.

First Bangladeshi to score a century against South Africa in any format ! So what were Bangladeshi batsmen doing against South Africa all these years. ??

Bangladesh didn't play that much against South Africa in fact very few matches across all formats.

Am watching this because am so bored and Amla is great to watch in full flow

OOOOOoooh I like this saifudeen fella he's giving de KOCK a stare Hasan123 there's :aag in this kid

AUS hold the overall record of 22 (?) consecutive wins. I think SAF has won last 3 or 14 at home - what's the record for that?

nik Dhumrojal I've always had a soft spot for BD, Ashraful is my all time favourite BD player

Bangladesh need to have some mystery wrist spinners. Their medium pace trundlers and one dimensional left arm othodo spinners cannot trouble good batsmen these days.

I think even with 300+ BD would have struggled, they need to unearth some decent pace bowlers to compete outside asian wickets

Amla is just out there for a nice stroll in the park while sipping his tea and collecting another fifty. If only we had one player like him in our team who could rotate the strike as well as he does.
