Shamra Needs In swinging Yorker to get out.. Length Ball won't Work to get him out as He is looking to defend only..

If RSA win both Test matches, would it effect the ranking ?
 
SA have been just lucky with the toss here . Shocking pitch really , if not for the rain this would have been a boring draw , but its only indian pitches which gets criticized .
 
we need one pair to play out 30-40 overs , difficult though ..with our luck , there will be more overnight rain to help SA bowlers ...no team deserves to win this match .

Bollox, India r getting hammered and will lose by an Innings. How can u say that no team deserves to win this match. India are getting slaughtered

it would have been the reverse , if the toss was different . we would have scored 600+ if not for the rains on the first day .

Dont bring luck into this. India are lucky they are not 5 down today. If it wasnt for those 3 dropped catches India would be almost over

Please stop these excuses and dont bring the toss into it. Why do u indians keep bring excuses after excuses. Why dont u admit that u were outplayed by a country mile in this test. Stop the excuses and crying like a little child

hello easy there , i might have learnt a few excuses from ppers though

this match is not over yet , nor is this series ..if we lose this series , I will be the first one to admit that we dont deserve the no1 side .

Im not talking about the rest of the series. Im talking about this test. SA have completely outplayed India in all departments and most likely win by an Innings. If that does happen please dont bring the toss or any other excuse into it and just admit that SA deserved to win as they played the much better cricket
 
With Aamer and Asif out of the game Steyn is now by far the best fast bowler in the world, i have never a fast bowler THAT much better than the rest.

agreed , though Asif was never in the same class , Aamer had serious potential to challenge him at some point . Hes half of SA attack , the rest is mediocre .

So, do you think toss DIDN'T play any role so far in this match OR you think toss DID play a role but Indians shouldn't take it as an excuse for ultimate result?

The toss played a role but the toss always plays a role, that's why there is a toss. Indians shouldn't be making excuses because of the toss.

I think the toss played a marginal role but ultimately its not the reason why India lose this test if that does happen to be the case. India's batsmen were hopeless in the first innings and the bowlers were absolutely terrible.
Also If it wasnt for those 3 dropped catches today India would of been looking down the barrel.

India have lost the match due to their own fault,yes right.But did you see the catches dropped?Only one was direct.The other two were just half chance,very very diffcult and can't be called drops.If these are drops,then amla's century too is pure luck as he was dropped by dhoni.
 
Toss did have a big influence the ball was moving a lot when SA were bowling and no movement India were bowling. However its no excuse as India are supposed to be the best batting lineup in the world and they should have adapted just as simple as that....

definitely ....by no means you can called as world best when AO in mere 30 overs ......whatever the condition of the pitches and wherever it is....

Fair enough two of them were half chances but my main point is that you cannot blame it all on the toss. Thats just not on and is just a lame excuse
 
India's bowling attack is abysmal away from home without Zak, of course, but it was a huge toss to win. Unless the Indian batsmen get out to daft shots then they can bat for a very long time here. The pitch is a miserable effort.
