now is the real test for tondulkar how far or how long he will bat with tail. Is it another futile test ton for tondulkar.

Look at Harris! He has taken out a tailender and now beat another tailender and acting like he has already taken a 5-for! what a joker!

There was definately a sound there but no-one appealed.

I will laugh if it starts pouring down now and it contiues tomorrow as well and the match ends in a draw!

Be fair. He is ripping past the bat and getting big turn and bounce. I'm not his buggest fan but be fair.

Congrats Tendulkar on 50 hundreds.

Steyn is bowling his fastest spell of the match. Still down from his 150+ best but getting it up there are 145+.

i am saffer, well sort of :)

grew up here

didnt like them so much first but now i m weirdly beginning to like their "krikiet span" (cricket team )

Rubbish man. If you grew up here then you're a saffer to me. As long as you want to be. I will forgive youi for supporting your "other" home nation, but support the country you live in otherwise. Is that fair ?

Imran Tahir will soon play for us. And when he does we will treat him like our own brother.

Fair? what fair? You expect your spinner to run through the oppsition on day 4 of a test match and he has done nothing. And you want me to be fair?

alright nice,

i grew up here but i dont forget my pakistani roots :)

Good for you. It's the rainbow nation after all. Diversity is what makes us great. I hope you and your family and friends have thrived in South Africa as most Pakistani/Indians have. Certainly more than they do in their home countries (due in most part to their own hard work). All we ask in return is that you show a little love to your home country while of course always respecting your roots too.

Like I will always admit , Harris hardly turns the ball. He sure was there though. In fact he was ripping it.

He averages better than Singh I think. Correct me if wrong.

:) ok

Harris is absolutley crap most of the time- hardly any time but he's done very well today

it says right now though its stormy, there will be clouds tonight but sunny 2mrw

Yes, exactly. Nine out of 10 days at this time of year in this part of S.A it's hot all day..thunderstorm in the afternoon and the next morning sunny again. I'm sure they will start at normal time tomorrow.

Saffer - do you think SA wasted too much time waiting for a Kallis double hundred when they knew well that forecasts werent that great?

I don't have much knowledge about SA but you said it's a rainbow nation. When did it became a such nation as I know the apartheid was a big problem there?

Just wana improve my knowledge. Thanks in advance.

When I was in university during the world cup 8+ years ago (giving my age away) during the saffer games the indian students all supported S.A. And during the Indian games supported India. That seems cool to me. When the two play they are pretty much divided according to how long they have been here. It's all good. I don't think if you live here you have to support S.A, but it should at least be your second team. I think that's fair. If i lived and grew up in Pakistan I would like to think I would still support S.A but when Pak played I would support them too.

tendulkar's 50th century has taken away the pain of defeat ! :)

This is the kind of defeatist talk which will stop India from becoming true legends of cricket !

Its NOT over my friend.

Even a dodo like Sreesanth can stick around with SRT and make it a respectable 150-200 lead and then Harbhajan runs through the SA batting.

It's just a name that means it's a country made up of so many different groups. Desmon Tutu coined the phrase. As an ideal we like to think we are made of different cultures but still can come together and support each other as South Africans.

S.A will be gutted if it rains tmoz and games called off.

India have fought hard in last day and half with the bat.

Well done Sachin on 50 test tons!

Common SA,,,,,, We Need 2 More Wickets..

What a pity..! I can under stand your feelings.. your team does give you such moments.. correct..? Now you support SA.... Shame on you mate.. did you see indian fightback in the second innings..? They are not FTB'S .. and sure they will prove wrong you again...

Calm down. India have fought back really well. Especially Dhoni and Tendulkar. No shame here.

so far its 5 South African Batsmen vs 19 Indian batsmen for runs. That's number 1 team for you.

And what is a fightback? there should be no such thing for number one, they should dominate throughout, like Australia did.

woww!! ....i really love my team very good show .....

Congratz Sachin for half century of centuries ....:14: :14: :yahoo....

tussi cha gaye ....:D

bas Sachin 30+1 run aur jod do total mein fir declare kar dena .....

Inning defeat se bacha lo kafi hai .....:) very good response from Team India ...:14:

well played Dhoni very +ve Inning ....:14:

but it seems to have worked well for them , even though it wasn't planned ...declaring with a lead of around 400 , India wold have batted much more confidently ...480 is too big a total breach ..even after having played well under pressure , we are no where close to saving the game .

Despite Sachin's heroics....India will need rain on day 5 to get a draw...I don't think India will be able to play 55-60 overs tomorrow that they need to play tomorrow to get a draw...but what an innings by the master
