Maybe u should also realize the fact,they we were chasing huge totals in both the odi's and we had to up the ante,instead of playing ourselves in?

We scored 220 odd and 145 odd
Moreover TEST cricket is real cricket .... where your team got bundled for < 50 ... at least we scored 55 losing 2

To be fair wouldn't have picked Tahir, would have gone with an extra pacer. India play spin the best, conditions aren't good for spin, Tahir is rubbish, and Duminy quite frankly I think could well outbowl Tahir here anyway.

Tahir shouldn't be picked unless on spin supportive conditions as he can spin the ball (little control, but still can spin it). Otherwise an extra pacer or Petersen is a better option.
