It looks pretty difficult for spinners to operate out there honestly. Though they're doing pretty well. Hafeez didn't look amazing when he started, but he's got a wicket now.

Gul bowled so well, unlucky he didn't take a wicket. He's bowled better than anyone else so far today.

Junaid just wasn't that great. Still think 3 pacers was the best option.

If we still had Amir & Asif, sure. Bring in all the pacers you want.

But bottom line is, our pace bowlers have sucked the entire series (outside Gul in 2020). Irfan took 0 wickets with a new ball on pro-pace bowling tracks. What makes anybody think that he will go from that to pure domination today? I'll take Afridi with his experience over Irfan. Plus Afridi can actually field, and even as terrible as he has been with the bat, still better than Irfan with the bat.
