11am Guyana time is exactly when the rainfall begins. No chance of a game happening today maybe a shortened game but even then highly unlikely.

Rain is not a problem in Carribean, the drainage system is. Even it it rains for 30 minutes and stops, it will continue to halt play for 3 hours for the accumulated water to dry.

Winning wasn't really the priority here, this was a much needed opportunity to get some answers on who should be in the Pak line up for the world cup. Not to mention great practice at the actual venue. The likes of Sharjeel, Nawaz, Maqsood and Wasim needed some exposure and they haven't really got it.

Never mind, I'm sure we'll have fantastic weather for the next three series against Zimbabwe.

Hafeez said that he got the first ever man of the match award for bowling (after play for 15 odd years), and some fans put him over the moon as our trump card in the bowling department for the WC. Others jumped on the "Hafeez the super tight line bowler", bandwagon. I guess the coach and captain were among those. All eyes on Hafeez.

While Hafeez bowled brilliantly in the 2nd match, I agree that sometimes Pak becomes too predictable in white ball cricket during the series.

I believe this is time Pakistan use pinch hitter concept back..use Hassan Ali anywhere between 8-12 overs and give him license to play 1-2 overs and use long handle only...it is usually during these overs that runrate of pakistan drops..

I like Waseem as a late order hit and certainly is very deceptive. Abu Dhabi pitches might suit his style, will have to see how he plays against the big guns India. Preferably i want our death bowl bowler Junaid back.
