Funny thing is although i beat Pboy tonight, i only ended up picking the player he had already picked yesterday. :))) :))) :))) Goshhhh, this is unreal. :))) :)))

Btw who's playing around with the pp site... seems to be changing after every button click... I don't like the stretched out and everything in bold look... its better when the thread is bold when a new post is made
 
Site is going through some massive changes, bear with us. It will take some time to get it right. :)

I have 1 more pick and i have no clue who is available.
 
OP can't be updated until the issue is cleared. Also OP as it is now, untouched since 2 days serves as a proof that yesterday's free picks were totally flawed.

Best way that I can find is to click on your own username and select view user profile and then select the send a PM to freelance_cricketer option and you should see the inbox on the left hand side

Lennon is a puri again, after being released at the end of the season

I don't appreciate this at all. I went by everything the right way - I even confirmed with Ibad last night that those two players would be free for everyone to pick.

I remember right until the last few minutes of todays pick you were waiting confirmation from Ibad to pick those 2 players... he didn't come and give you confirmation so what made you go ahead anyway?

I hope this answers your question. Ibad declared them as free players, and clearly angry after Pboy takes his decision back. He said "if other managers are okay with it".

iZeeshan = manager = not okay with it = decision stands.

That's not right, iZee asked a number of times if it was okay to pick them and Ibad said yes

Fair enough... but then you must have thought twice about it because you were double confirming before the picks were due to take place.

Free picks are in 45 mins and I need to know what's goin on!
Guess we'll have to wait for Ibad to make a call.

That's what i was talking about... so there must have been doubt in your mind which should have compelled you to not pick them?

Just as confirmation but the last decision to be made by Ibad technically went my way as I was not okay with Pboy getting the players back, therefore negating the return of the players to Pboy.

I understand where your coming from... however I believe you should have just left it after ibad said he gets his players back. Sorry for the previous argument. We should just give pboy his players back and then carry onto the friendly matches

I disagree, but that's what the voting is for.

And its ok, everyones gets pretty serious here and there. I apologize as well for any offense that I may have caused.

Can I still pick somebody from free transfers who's not been picked instead of last pick? Dont know why I picked Hernanes, I think I need a backup defender..6 might not be enough if one or two get injured/suspended.

6 is a bit on the low side, though you can probably get away with it if they are versatile

The ideal squad makeup should be like this imo

Goalkeepers - 2
Defenders - 8
Midfielders - 8
Strikers - 4

Yeah I have way too many midfielders and strikers. Are you letting go of any excess defenders?
 
Samuels was quite reliable for me in the first season. If thats Walter Samuels.

Although, I pick later on in the day usually 4 hours after the window opens each day.

You still have a pick left? Do you have 22 players in your squad now?

Only do it if your squad is full and you wasn't intending on picking a player for yourself

If so then pick Kevin Gameiro if he is still available by the time you pick, if he is taken I will think of an alternative
 
Squad is full. I believe I do have a pick.

Let's see if Gameiro is still there.
