Shaheens have so far had 1 success in the three T20 games they have played but the manner of victory in the previous game against Canterbury would have given momentum, which could help them end the tour on a positive note.

Match starts at 10:00pm GMT

Shaheens Squad: Haider Ali, Zeeshan Malik, Abdullah Shafique, Rohail Nazir(w/c), Hussain Talat, Khushdil Shah, Amad Butt, Usman Qadir, Wahab Riaz, Haris Rauf, Mohammad Hasnain, Iftikhar Ahmed, Muhammad Musa, Danish Aziz

New Zealand XI Squad: Joe Carter, Jeet Raval(c), Henry Shipley, Fraser Sheat, Jakob Bhula, Adithya Ashok, Rhys Mariu, Tim Pringle, Fergus Lellman, Quinn Sunde(w), Jarrod McKay, William ORourke, Ryan Harrison

Zeeshan i think scored in every match they played even in practice games. I'm impressed by the consistency.

Wow, Talat playing a proper blinder here. :afridi

Apart from that Zeeshan continues to impress while Haider finally among the runs as well. Abdullah doing decently too which should serve as a confidence booster.

Just watched Abdullah and Zeeshan. Zeeshan looked great and Abdullah after a few edges started to look the part. Zeeshan has improved ALOT

So selfish of Talat. Running out Khushdil just to keep strike. Some street cricket stuff 😂

He never made a call and Khushdil could see him standing still at the crease. This smart bloke runs all the way down and then realizes the run is not on lol. Talat had nothing to do with it.

It was the second last over or the 18th and you run for everything. And the ball before that was a sure a single and Khushdil called for it. Talat again didn't run as it was the last ball of that over and he wanted to have the strike. Anyways personally I 've seen alot of such stuff by him in IU colours

No you don’t, you have one set batsman at the crease and one who just came in. The set batsman should NOT risk his wicket just to take a narrow single.

It was the FIRST ball of the 19th over (18.1) with still another 11 deliveries to go. After denying that single, Talat made 15 more runs in 5 balls, during which he rotated strike generously to Ammad Butt when the singles and doubles WERE on.

Khushdil was eager to get on strike as soon as possible knowing that there was such a small set of balls left to go. In the process, he forgot to call for his single. Not Hussain Talat’s fault - the responsibility for calling for runs behind the wicket goes to the non-striker.

Khushdil ran himself out.

Zeeshan looks a proper hack from the highlights. Shaheens played some pretty good shots, nearly all of them on the leg side though so you have to wonder what the teenage bowlers were doing. Good to see Abdullah getting some runs, played some lovely shots

Haider had this excellent six over cover. What a shot!

None of the NZ XI bowlers are above 21 years of age. What sort of NZ XI is this? But still a very good score by Shaheens.

Riaz, Rauf, and Hasnain would be too good for them.

And what about the ball before that? 17.5, sure a single there and Khushdil's call.....

Never heard of any of those New Zealand players aside from captain Jeet Ravel. I think it's some U19 invitational team.

Wahab Riaz 1 over for 15 runs
If he was a junior on the performance of his last game he would have been dropped

To be honest, quite useful that he’s being exposed like this. Masterstroke by Misbah and Ijaz Ahmed or am I giving them too much credit?

Looks like they are playing mostly u19 and spare players. Jeet Raval would be the only first class regular.

Good batting against a not well known bunch of players. Sad Danish Aziz was put at No.7. Would have loved to see him get some runs.
