South Africa Squad

AB de Villiers*, KJ Abbott, HM Amla, F Behardien, Q de Kock†, JP Duminy, F du Plessis, D Elgar, Imran Tahir, M Morkel, CH Morris, WD Parnell, AM Phangiso, K Rabada, T Shamsi

Play has resumed, and Darren Bravo looks to be in an unusually aggressive mood today; almost as if someone informed him about South Africa's chasing record. :13:

That's a bad captaincy from ABD. He bring back Rabada when they're well set. Why Captains don't go for kill when opposition lost 4 early wickets?

Jason Holder is playing too many dot balls here. These windie players often forget about the importance of strike rotation

Tahir will be the test. Just see him off unless he strays.

poor batting by Brathwaite in the end. He didn't try to retain strike and exposed tails.

So poor bowling from SA. 17 wides, 2 nbs.
Every bowler even Duminy with 1 over had multiple extras.

K Rabada 10 1 31 3 3.10 42 3 0 (3w)
WD Parnell 9.5 0 63 1 6.40 32 9 1 (2w)
M Morkel 9 0 68 1 7.55 27 6 3 (1nb, 6w)
CH Morris 10 0 63 3 6.30 35 8 2 (3w)
Imran Tahir 10 0 40 0 4.00 39 2 2 (2w)
JP Duminy 1 0 15 0 15.00 3 1 1 (1nb, 1w)

20 runs less and this chase becomes so easy at the very beginning!!!

Yes but keep in mind Windies were equally sloppy towards the end. They could've easily passed 300 with the base built by Pollard and Bravo in spite of the 4 wickets down for 20 odd earlier on.

Sloppiness from both. Aus have been sloppy in the field as well.

This Gabriel fellow has really improved his pace and bowling, in general.
Early let-off for Amla. Can he cash in now? :lara

An incredible spell by Gabriel. Should have had the entire top three if not for Ramdin's error. Huge test for Amla and AB.

Really don't want Amla's average to get hurt here, or Suleiman's economy rate. Don't know who to support :amla

South Africa in a similar position to West Indies' earlier predicament. A major test for their batting depth now.

Amla and de Villiers :)))

Most overrated duo of all time chokes again. Surprise. Surprise.

This is poetic justice. All the hammering the Saffers have given these guys over the past year. This is great to watch.

Why would you play that reverse sweep against an off spinner when its turning and youre 4 down for nothing

Truly hope WI win this tournament. Their uprising is 2nd to only Pakistan's current one.
