There are bigger spinners of the ball in domestic cricket. The only positive I've heard about the guy is that he apparently has some variations- none of which I have seen him bowl.

Zafar was always going to be a better prospect from what i've seen of him. Much better than the likes of asghar and Raza.

If at 23 years and 18 years old they can't handle all the formats, they are in the wrong profession. They are not the only two in the world who play all the formats. Gotta up their fitness.

While going through the scorecard just noticed that left handers are having a very good time against this attack as opposed to the right handers. The lack of a threatening off spinner to counter left handers will always come back to hit us very hard. Yasir Shah also is not as threatening given the lack of a good googly. This is where Shadab Khan beats him hands down. If asghar is suffering from the same issues against left handers then we surely should play Shadab ahead of him.

I think we should go with 3 pacers and 1 spinner. shadab should fill the all rounders slot. To win in WI we need to keep our bowlers fresh and look to balance the work load. Babar A. will get his chance very soon once Misbah and Younis retire.
