We really need to get a move on.

RRR is now up to 2.29. That's just about doable but very difficult, especially with only 9 wickets in hand. India are strangling us here. Need some big overs.
:))) :)) :))) :))

I'd choose Jerome Taylor actually because he bowled really well up front ,and got three big wickets. Otherwise it has to be Rampaul.
Rampaul got wicket 2 and 3. Taylor got one
i think if morton can close this game by scoring another 20 odd runs, then chances are that it might go to him....but surely it should be Rampaul if windies win....thats my guess
MOMy can still go to Dhoni even in loss. One can look at the performance and not the result first. It will be between Rampaul or Dhoni - Dhoni with an edge

Ya but I still thought Taylor bowled better initially. Maybe the figures don't show it . Taylor got the wicket of Yuvraj later on along with that of Dhoni, dhoni a little too late I guess

I wasn't watching at that time. I didn't know there was a match today. I was surprised to see this was 2nd ODI - missed the first one completly

hmmmm....i dont know. The team looks kinda jaded. A good 3 months rest to follow will do them good.

dont know but the entire indian team looks so disinterested in the whole match....they give a feeling that they do not want to be there at all....its just bad timing of this entire series that does not give this match any essence what so ever....better to watch English T-20 cup instead of this boring series...dont think the team will be anymore motivated after this match going into St Lucia...

That's because they were rushed straight from the T20 WC to the Caribbean. They weren't given the time to pause, digest their embarassing early exit from the WC, think about their weaknesses, work on them, and then come back. I'm sure most of them are still reeling from the after effects of losing out so terribly in the WC.

Yeah I heard something like that too. I don't watch Bollywood though so I'd never know. I read somewhere that this one and another one .. something Khan.. are based on 9/11 and are coming out now. Bit late to be making movies on 9/11, I'd say.

Anyway, have fun!

RRR of 1.19...god this is going to be tough eh lol
That doesn't show it well enough. 25 needed from 126 balls with 8 wickets in hand. I think the plan is to get 6 wickets in next 2 overs. Indian camp has given the ishara for the mission

None of this Indian bowling ''attack'' averages less than 30.

4 off their top 7 average less than 30 with the bat.

Make your own conclusions.

and there we have it, WI win this game by 8 wickets with 16 overs to spare!...everyone please give this outstanding team india a round of applause, they are very clearly on the verge of taking over world cricket :)

What do you mean by "verge of"? Many of them believe they already have.

A nail-biting match comes to an end. West Indies held their nerves to finish it off in style

Oh well. In 6 hours we have our own showdown with the Lankans! :120:

I hope it's not as nail-biting and close as this one.

Dear God! That match almost gave me a heart-attack, what a thriller!

Wasn't it just a few months ago that India were supposedly the best ODI team in the world, with crushing victories over the Hobbits and England? Now they look a shambles. What happened?

Rockstars aren't allowed to rest!! Was an excellent performance by the Indian top order..the technique they showed I mean I envy such talunttt!! And the fast bowling well no doubt we'll never find a star like nehra..kya shooper taluntt hay yeh!!

for 10 hours i don't log on to pakpassion and this happens, i'm so mad at myself for not visiting such a great performance by indians

:)) my feelings exactly, ive been stuck at work all day, and i come to see ive missed a vintage indian performance.

Indian team is missing Sreesanth. To me he and Zaheer are the fast bowlers in shorter format.

The Indian cricketers have to be so tired out right now!!
They must be but BCCI wants to make money. The only rest players are getting is if they get injured. If they want to play this much then rotate players. The only ones getting rest are the ones playing mostly tests or injured. But let's see - few of these look tired probably because of the domestic IPL (I doubt they play as much in Ranji trophy or things like that but then Inidan season is also on) as they get big bucks and have to play but then some of them only play the short form of the game. So the players are a mixture (meaning some kind of rotation) and not all going on 9 month season.

All i know is that in any profession when you are totally tired and exhausted, you cant give your best and the law of averages are bound to catch up on you.
