Pakistani fans wishing to travel to Dubai are unlikely to benefit from relaxed visa policies.
Those who have previously visited Dubai are more likely to be granted visas, and ticket purchases along with travel history will be considered for visa approval, Express News reported.
While tickets for the event are expected to go on sale next week, reports confirm that free passes will not be available this time around.
According to sources, only those who purchase tickets will be allowed to attend the matches.
Additionally, all tickets will be sold online, as per the International Cricket Council (ICC) guidelines, and no physical ticket booths will be set up.
Ticket prices have been revealed, with the cheapest ticket priced at approximately Rs1,000. The most expensive tickets will range between Rs25,000 and Rs30,000, with the prices for the Pakistan-India match expected to be on the higher end.
Final pricing for these tickets will be confirmed in the coming days.
The first round of group stage tickets will be available for purchase first, with tickets for the semi-finals and finals to be sold later.
Moreover, a joint press conference with the captains of all participating teams for the ICC Champions Trophy is scheduled to take place in Pakistan on either February 16 or 17, according to sources from the PCB.
As per PCB sources, a formal letter has been sent to the ICC, requesting that, as per protocol, all team captains gather in the host country prior to the start of the ICC event.
During this press conference, captains will discuss their preparations for the tournament.
The captains of all teams, including India’s Rohit Sharma, are expected to attend the press conference, which will be scheduled by the ICC a few days before the official start of the tournament on February 19.
It is the responsibility of the host board to provide visas to all players, officials, media, sponsors, and fans, including the Indian contingent.
As in previous tours, three Indian players were among those who received visas to visit Pakistan for scheduled events in Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi.
The PCB will continue to handle visa arrangements for any individuals who require them.
Once the ICC announces the schedule for warm-up matches, the final date for the captains’ press conference will also be confirmed.

Pakistan looks more stable than India right now but they didn't win the second ODI vs full strength Aus, ODI mainstays like Travis Head, Mitchell Marsh, Carey were missing. It was still a strong side but Head is their main batsman and his absence was felt.

Ind can't score more than 250 on batting pitch also.one of ftbs like Gill or iyer should really score big and win. otherwise no chance .bowling looks awful with out bumrah, Kuldeep.

I don't mind India getting crashed out and if complete overhaul of team happens.Rohit,Kohli,kl , iyer will happily prolong their career shamelessly and drown the team in 27wc.
India batting is not same anymore with Rohit and Kohli occupied top three positions.

Pakistan have looked more stable , but I think Pakistan lack mental toughness in crucial moments. Things like missing line and length in bowling , giving extras , missing catches, not rotating the strike enough , playing lose shots out of frustration.

You are missing red ball and white ball cricket.
We had lost the last ODI series against Sri Lanka where our entire batting order failed badly.
That was the only series india has played post world cup 2023.
Indian T20 team is so strong compared to ODI team .

Harsha has picked both Jadeja and Axar. And 4 spinners in total. We are screwed if we pick anything close to that.
Reddy can easily be picked ahead of Jadeja.
Currently ILT20 league happening in dubai and most of wickets are taken by Pacers .its maybe due to weather conditions
Spinners are averaging over 70 and no spinners are in the top 14 wicket-takers list
Still early day as only 2 matches have been played so far by each teams .

Spinners are overrated by ICT terribly. You only need 1 specialist spinner even in Indian conditions.
Rest all should offer significant batting ability.

If we lose against Pakistan, then I am afraid we will get knocked out as I don't us beating NZ. Though it will not be a bad thing if this debacle will lead to ouster of Rohit, Kela and Kohli.

I too prefer us getting ousted from first round.rohit after having an all time dismal series/season for a captian/ batsmen is not even thinking about retirement.he is trying to stall the team progress with out ounce of responsibility .same goes for kohli.both are free loaders and shameless.

Most of us don't know but during BGT there was physical contact( Fight ) between two of players .
Indian team announcement PC was delayed for more than 2 hours Just because Gambhir and Rohit was not the same Page.
At the end of day , Rohit's choice of team was selected because Chief Selector favoured Rohit Sharma.GG was completely sidelines by both of them.

There is more soul in graveyards in comparison than there is in Dubai cricket stadium. It's truly a soulless, character less, & frankly monstrosity of a venue / stadium to host this match. Please India have a change of heart, border par stadium bana lo, aadha India main, aadha Pak main ya boycott kar do Pak k sath khailna but don't play cricket with us in Dubai
