Who are most similar to Indians, Pakistanis or Bangladeshis?

TM Riddle I'm not under any moral obligation to answer all your queries, but let's admit that Sindhis and Rajasthanis are "the same", despite being two different ethnic groups, despite that 1/3 of Sindhis are said to have Baloch roots (non existent among Hindus of Rajasthan for obvious reasons), etc what's even your point ?

You don't because you have absolutely zero idea what I'm talking about since unlike you I have spent all my life living and studying the places I have mentioned above.

Anyway let's leave it at that. I have had too much to drink anyway.

Pakistanis look more like Punjabis or UP walas.

Rest of North India in J&K, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana looks nothing like an average Pakistani. People there are generally lighter skinned with a more athletic bodytype.
Himachal and Haryana are both parts of East Punjab. This light and dark skinned is all nonsense and misinformation. You will find light and dark Punjabis north, south, east or west. There is little to no difference in genetics except what you would normally find in an ethnicity.

I don't think you've ever been to Pakistan

Have you been to India, doesn't stop you to have an opinion on Kashmir.

I'm not talking about India, he's acting like he's been to Pakistan. Kashmir isn't even India, it's a disputed territory and it's the land of my forefathers, I have an ethnic link that neither you nor any other indian on here has. I don't think TMriddle has any ancestral link to Pakistan, he just comes from a state on the border.

Ur ethnic link matters zilch you haven't been there so end of topic/ in your logic

Go through the family tree, everyone will have an ethnic link with Kashmir or any other place that human have ever lived. Its just a matter of how many generation you want to go up. I'll have ancestral link to Thailand but that doesn't mean it makes my points for Thailand greater than rest of you people here.

This is the biggest ** I've read on here thus far, if kashmiris in Pakistan aren't Kashmiri cause our forefathers in recent history within the last 150 years migrated from there then neither are these indian "punjabis" and "sindhis" in India really Punjabi or Sindhi just cause they have roots there lmao.

Don't talk about something you have no knowledge about.

Going through your family tree is a big difference than going to your Family and Grandparents.

if you really belong to ethnicity you claim then you should know your clan/tribes name and it should be on your paternal line. I don't care if you follow some hindu mythology of you ancestry.

Having a little ancestry is very different from somebody that is half or full and is pretty only century removed from there roots.

This is true. And I believe that the new scientific data from population genetics will back this up.

I also think you will find a bit more Semetic (Arab) heritage amongst Pakistanis given the Muslim invasions that occurred. The invaders were of course only partly Arabic, there was a fair amount of Persian and Afghan intermixing.

A large section of Pakistani Punjabis classify themselves as Arain (as distinct from Aryan or Indo-Aryan. The two should not be confused). Arains have tended to only marry amongst themselves, to the extent that until recent times, an Arain marrying a non-Arain was a major taboo. It is still the case amongst large sections of Arains in Pakistan, especially in small towns and villages.

Historically, Arain are said to be primarily agriculturist communities, although over the centuries they have become prosperous through agriculture and now form the backbone of the educated and business middle classes of Pakistani Punjab.. There are many theories as to their backgrounds and origins, ranging from being Sikh converts, to farming communities brought over from as far away as Syria by Mohammed bin Qasim to provide food for his armies. It's also claimed that an Arain can tell without even asking, but through looks and mannerisms alone, whether or not you are also an Arain.

What's your take on this?

Backwardness

Backwardness
??
In other words you are completely ignorant vis-a-vis most of the points listed? Other than the claims as to the origins of the Arains, which vary from the plausible to the ridiculous, the others points mentioned are fairly accurate.
