1st ODI: Pakistan vs Sri Lanka, Abu Dhabi [Updates]

Just noticed one thing, seems it is an Indian umpire S. L. Shastri officiating there. I thought neutral umpires can be only from the ICC elite panel. it that not the case?

Elite umpires are only used in Test matches.

No need to abuse inzi bhai..stabalised the team..just that he was negative in his tactics..but a great player

maharoof punches it through for 4, was a good shot by him again. Razzaq with a good response and he beats the bat

Don't worry that happens in Pakistan when some1 is in power its all praises but as soon power goes praises go too.. I despair at Pakistan and my fellow Pakistanis.

bowling asif for 8 overs was the RIGHT thing to do.

he is best with the new ball and has excellent stamina.
 
he's done well overall bowling a consistent line and length. But the odd ball has been put away for 4. (but the odd ball is rarer than it was pre WC Razzaq)

crap fielding, maharoof left stranded and the throw isnt on target to Afridi who could have put away the bails easily.

BTW, that extremely Fit bowler who was 'Cruely not Included by INzi in SA', how many overs he has bowled in the last few months/Years?
 
i think Razza is bowling slow but he is quite accurate!

only 3 no balls ! and has a wicket too

Wasims probably told him to slow down and concetrate on ACCURACY rather than speed... we got SAMI to bowl at 90mph anyways!
 
Can I say OWNAGE? Its not even that we won the toss! Pakistan have done brilliantly here.

Btw, how has my least favorite Razzaq played? Alam should be there instead. Sami didn't perform.
 
Yes, I forgot to ask, how fast has Sami been bowling? Was he unlucky, or just terrible line and length all over again.

2 4's in a row, 1st was a good powerful shot. This was a delicate flick down past the keeper for 4 by maharoof

razz finishes with 10 52 runs and 1 wicket - lost it in that last over but still, good line and length in his earlier spell

SL middle order done REALLY well.. the RRate is 4.5 !! gonna b a tuff game for pak batters!
