Definitely needs lot of soul searching for his Captaincy; but one blunder we made was making Walshi head coach (thus part of strategy). For BD, we MUST have an Indian or Sri Lankan coach, because of the team composition. This WIN guy has absolutely no clue of bowling combination on such wickets, something even Arthur goofed up in UAE. May be a non Asian batting coach or pace bowling coach (But no WIN/SAF/AUS for fast bowling coach - we don't have that shoulders to bowl their length yet, a PAK or ENG coach is best choice), but not head coach.

I won't say that. Tamim, Shakib and Mushfiqur are still pretty good. Mahmudullah is pretty decent too. One wonders what could have happened if he had bowled four overs today.
