I think Eng can score bit more here if Bell can stay for some time. If Eng continues with their approach of not looking for runs and only surviving then around 250. Aus has bowled very well but I think there was no positive intent from Eng in the last few hours.

i too think 300+ is definitely on . You have more than useful tail & this wicket has no demons till now . Bookmakers think 330 is on & that would be overhauled is my gut feeling. If Aus do not collapse in 3rd innings, all Eng has to do is bat out 90 overs on day 5 on a cracked pitch which will be difficult but not impossible .

That is a bit ambitious Robert with the way things have been going for England recently. I am too not thrilled at the prospect Stokes and Prior having to face a fresh Harris and Jhonson tomorrow morning. I think this match could be a very good test match as it will require what the name says-a "testing" fight. If England can take a 50 run lead we will see their bowlers have more motivation meaning Australia will need to get past the deficit and try and rack up a good total and then see how English batsman react . How I can love test cricket
