right. Finally found a decent internet cafe. Anyone got a link ?

Note to all : Don't ever go to Manila..it's a dive. Almost also just got carjacked.

8 runs from the first Brett Lee over.

There are no words to say, no words at all other than

GET OUT OF MY TEAM

Smith hits a 4 first round. Greame doesn't mess around with chases. I think he's been a huge figure in helping the resurgence of S.A cricket and doesn't get much credit for it.

He will now. Has led from the front.

Good to know :moyo 1788 runs record is safe for this year no matter what even if Smith chases the last run

IN relation to Romali's post

Okay

Steyn has picked 107 wickets

Top order 6 batsmen 83 times

Lower order last 5 btasmen 67 times

Against India total 21

Top order 8 times

Lower order 13 times.

Smith is punishing bad balls. Probably the reason why he doesn't whittle under pressure while chasing . I remember his chase in kolkatta. He remained not out on 134.

Ah Brett Lee...............what a gun you are. 4 more to Smith.

Oh good another 3 runs. Fantastic.

Even better bowls him with a no ball and I believe it ran away for 4.

Brett is very lucky he is injured and going to have a break....

Mckenzie playing for his place here. Shame soemone has to be dropped but no way they can leave dumminy out next game.

Awful delivery under the circumstance. Camera immediately focusses on Punter. Probably they expected "pissed off" reaction.

My pridictions RSA will win by 9 wickets tomorrow InshAllah with Amla staying unbeaten on 50 or above InshAllah

If McKenzie sits out JP might open and AP will be in instead of him or the van guy would be in for McKenzie

That probably was the most horrible moment for Brett Lee. Finally he bowled a peach. That was a noball.

Going through bad spell. Not that the wicket would have changed the match since McKenzie has been looking like getting out any time. Smith is in awesome form.

Neil should play like Smith in order to gain little bit of confidence

well 153 to get for S.A on a pitch that seems to be playing well. Personally I'm feeling pretty confident as the Aussie bowling hasn't been threatening all series, but anything can happen.

South Africa require 153 runs to win tomorrow and be the first side since the West Indies in 1993 to defeat Australia at home.

Not sure when the last time we went down 2 nil the first 2 Tests at home, would be mid 80's I think.

Players, captains, selectors all going to get shredded by the Aus media and fans.

RA, get used to it buddy its going to be a while before AUS regains the top ranking again especially on the test side.

For me captain and hayden especially and probably little bit of Hussey too and lee offcourse but despite that fact that team failure cant be pointed all at one person

I'm fine Thank You. I'm back in Canada. Studying and doing part time job at the moment.

How are your holidays going?

It's been good so far, the cricket notwithstanding. I'm glad to get out of the snow and cold weather in Boston for a couple of weeks. Glad to year you're doing well mate! :D

oyee Lahoria you are right. RA going up the stairs is harder than coming down from the stairs.

Well no, we just have to beat them in South Africa.

That's hard now. Seriously the S.A bowlers really come to life on S.A pitches. Steyn swings it and ntini and morkel seam it miles. Aussie tracks are really flat compared and I don't think they'll do all that well in S.A at all.

Yup! :P You are right

Even if they somehow pull off the victory in South Africa they won't be beating good sides on consistant bases again anytime soon.

So guys what is the weather at the MCG tomarrow?!

-I think that is the only thing that can safe Australia tomarrow!

Looks like predicted showers. I dont think even rain can save them, South Africa will only need 40 odd overs to knock this off.

Yep but we go alright on SA pitches. I am assuming that the team composition will be different as well.

Not easy but not impossible.

I see the return of Stuart Clark approaching.

Stuart Clarke will do well on S.a pitches if he can play for one.

It is possible. If you look at recent times West Indies won a Test there and took a lead. Pakistan won a Test. India won a Test. Only NZ lost there badly.
Australia should be able to win there. Australia also has bouncy pitches. So they should be able to play better than other teams.

I'm sorry but it's just amazing to see the demise of a team who's had such a strong psychological hold over world cricket for so long.

It's very refreshing - thank you South Africa. The Australians are beatable now.

Steyn is a legend if you ask me. He has performed everywhere and delivered every where for his country.

My point exactly. :D This team is certainly not the best in the world anymore and is in fact in a severe downward spiral.

Btw Ian Chappel is one hell of a Hypocrite. Just read his analysis, whenever the Aussies finish on top, he literally uses the most unkind terms, words and comments about the opposition and goes overboard in his praise about his own team. Whenever the Aussies end up losing badly, he hardly uses the same terms and comments in relation to his own team.

Dont know why anyone would call Ian Chappell a hypocrite - from what I have read of him, I always think of him as one of the games leading analysts and commentators.

Wow what a turn around in 2 days in this match. S.A have new found steel and belief and may go on to take the Aussies number 1 crown and it will be fully deserved. For Australia its end of an era and the team will go through transition and will need to re-build again.

May be he is stating the truth instead of sticking to single opinion and defending it indefinitely like some of us do in cricket forums. Commentators should be in a position to criticize anyone who sucks.

I absolutely love every moment of this. Not only because the death of a giant is something worth witnessing, but also, flat out great cricket! 2008 is squeezing every little bit of greatness left in cricket, some incredible matches in the last month or so.

Agreed, he's actually struck me as one of the few unbiased Aussie commentators. Also happens to be the most sensible commentator i've ever listened to.
