Yippie , Hayden and Gilchrist are in my fantasy team , I wish them 150 not out each

weather forecast looks okay so there will be play and probably will not go to 5/5

It's been a long time coming, to silence all that drumming, shouting that it wasn't just a dream. They've been all thebest you know, proven they're the bestt you know, the greatest team to wear the baggygreen.

Cmon Aussie Cmon! First game since ApriL!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gottim!!!!! Hayden goes! Massive wicket!
Caught by Taylor of ChigumbugurugurIdunnohowit'spronounced.
1/7

It might just take us an over or so to get into the mood of things.

Should be interesting to see how much Australia stack up here. You'd expect them to get up to 200...

stadium is pretty much empty even with tickets only costing couple of dollars

Gilchrist GONE!

Damn - I had Gilly and Haydo in my Fantasy team

Gilchurch gone! And Australia in slight trouble!

Gilly just couldn't get to the swing of things and he's topped a ball on the air and is caught!
It's 2/12!!!

aussies in trouble early. Well not in trouble, but zim are doing well. I predict a big partnership from symnds and ponting.

Maybe they should have done that for the World Cup....

zim can chase down 150 against this bowling line up .......it wont be a one sided match IMO !

Punt Pontings picks his pickle and hits that through cover to the boundary.

well this is quality stuff from ZIM...Ian Chappell trying so hard to be funny.

Chappell: That was an aussie flag Nas
Nas:...and?

Ponting Goneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

19-----3

Ponting gone too!!!!!

Australia in a hole. Could we have a boil over here!!!

wow , three of the best ODI batsman in the world out !!!

very tricky wicket , 90 might be a winning score

This thread would have been a lot more fun to read if this was Pakistan playing :109:

Good bowling from Brent there, still long way to go for Zim yet though.

wow upset on the cards? Symonds and hussey need to guide austrailia now. I'm sure onting is relieved, since he hates 20 20 so much.

wow, who would have thought that 25% of the innings thru aus would be 3 down with a measly run rate of 3.8

Puts our perfermance into perspective. Australia would do well to get to 170 odd from here.

22/3 after 5.5 overs.

It feels better as we were struggling in first 5-8 overs and i was quite disappointed to see Pak performance as compared to WI and South Africa.

Hope Aussies can be restricted to less than 180 :)

they will be

they havn't played any cricket for 3 months and Aussie commentator is saying that Hussey and symond both are very rusty and are not timing the ball

damn fools.....3 aussies in my fantasy team

oh well....come on zimbabwe

aussie will still get to 150 somehow and bowl them out for less than 90

you have to move along with times. this is the new form or cricket, we will see more countries participating. i like it.

test match and odi is old fashioned. 20/20 is the futures.

sorry oldies...

4.25pm Good afternoon and welcome to this afternoon's match between Australia, the world No.1, and Zimbabwe, the side which according to the rather addled thinking of ICC president Ray Mali could be No. 1 within three years. Cherie Blair could also win Miss World.

Remarkably, 15,000 tickets have been sold for this match already, so a near three-quarter full house is expected, which is great for the organisers. They will almost certainly be hoping that Australia bat first. The bookies are not expecting any upsets ... Australia are 50-1 on for the win. Will Mali put his money where his mouth is and back his neighbours at 10-1?

Above is what Crapinfo said just before the game.......you know, I hope Zim wins today...just for the sake of above comment!!! Wouldn't that be nice!
