Younis khan runs salman butt out!

stupid run no need for it!

What was the point of that run?!?

It was a stupid needless runout

that is two needless wickets now. can't blame anyone but himself here. he was called and came through rather sluggishly.

Now what was the point in that... bloody hell wat else can u expect from this series.. i now expect the others to come in and walk back aswell and pakistan to maybe start the follow on tonight !!

eh ... typical pakistani opener scores .... we might as well play two additional bowlers and then use all the bowlers to kill the shine on the new ball

no signs of the fight and anger so far by the boys. ugly cricket. these two now have to stand up and get a hundred each.

Amjid, Salman never backs up. I realize it was a needless run, but he needs to correct his mistakes as well.

any other wicket today and we are sure to lose this match and with it a series after 24 years

Mahmood bowling well here.

Moyo and YK need to dig in here!

butt's fault in that run out in my book. not backing up, didn't decline the run nice and early if he didn't think it was on. can't blame yk for that, just poor running.

even if butt was backing up there was never a single. if u play the ball straight to fielder u shud neva run.

if it was some1 else besides salman he would've ezily made it. totally butt's fault.

2 runs for moyo, then gets a beauty from harmison.

Pak 42/2

it wasn't straight to fielder.pietrson came in running towards it.

Moyo dropped at 3rd slip by colly!

He looks very loose in his stroke play.

and how far away was KP?

i know ur not a butt fan and ur comments are laughable!

Pakistan 42/2 (16.3 ov)
What next another loss? Come on Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

can't afford another wicker here, c'mon lads fight!

nicely done by YK, carved over the gully region for 4.

we need to get 400 here atleast. Thats means atleast 2 of yk, moyo, inzi will have to get tons.

top shot for 4 by YK, almost a shot a ball here!

Pak 56/2

4 more down the ground by YK.

Pak 60/2

fighting fire with fire.

Immidiately you start seeing the difference in the class of openers (who can be easily replaced with our #10 and #11) and yousaf/younis

another 4 by YK need loads and loads of those yet if we to put some kind of fightback..

i expect this to be last over before tea ??

Ahh im a ball or so behind you guys lol.. where im watching it online they seem to be a ball behind !!

the problem for butt wicket was younis.

you don't say run for a sucidal runout

true.. Butt was looking good aswell !! a bit quite at start but they had to
in order to get pass the new ball..

Pak 66/2 @ tea.

we basically have to go thru to close of play without lossing a wkt now!

i agree.you should rotate the strike. But it should be done sensibly

A good session for England but one that would that could have been even better had Collingwood taken a difficult chance at slip off Yousuf.

Hopefully with some good bowling we can get rid of Inzi, Yousuf and Younis before the 200 is up.

17.6 Mahmood to Younis Khan, FOUR, on-driven, drilled hard through long-off. Nice. Khan is rattling along here
17.5 Mahmood to Younis Khan, FOUR, wide and the batsman moves onto his back foot to cut that one away strongly, and in total control
17.4 Mahmood to Younis Khan, no run, swings away again
17.3 Mahmood to Younis Khan, no run, a big leave from the batsman as that one sails away down the off side on a good length
17.2 Mahmood to Younis Khan, 2 runs, punched along the ground in front of square, but Panesar hunts that one down and of course gets cheers from the crowd…
17.1 Mahmood to Younis Khan, FOUR, great placement of a wide one. That ball rises and Khan helps it up and over the slip cordon and it races away

Thats more like it come Younis Mashallah

should really have been 50 odd for no loss but two mistakes and pakistan go back in with a lot of work to be done by the big 3 yet again.
