England (170/2) thrash Pakistan (169/6) by 8 wickets in the 6th T20I in Lahore

Had a nagging feeling that now we have set a PAR score and defended two below PAR scores, this will be a cake walk for England, and it shows. Game over in 12-13 overs.
 
We score this kind of score at the 10th/11th over mark with our openers

Pak has played with backup bowling throughout this series and Eng couldnt really dominate until Salt clicking today

Exactly, he is scared & don't want to get out of his comfort zone ever. Everyone knew that we don't have our main bowlers for this match & sensible thing to do was play with bit urgency but instead he was happy to play at s S/R of 120 for atleast 75% of his innings.

Haris has played one game… Haider has got a brain the size of my gold fish. Hit 4 times in mid wicket the first 3 almost out and the 4th was out.

I didn’t say we had them, I said we need them!!

Problem is, he will get out trying to score fast and then we are bundled out for 120, there is no middle order, both the openers are damned if they do and damned if they don't
 
hey we get slack for winning against B and C teams then english win also shouldn't count against pak D team

just want consistency from certain users

Everyone can get hit in T20s. Didnt Bumrah just got hit for 50 in the last game, Starc, Shaheen etc all get hit here and there.

Pak are probably one of the worst performing teams in Australia so expect nothing from them.

Bookmark this but Aussies won't lose a game. England will be only ones to challenge

Absolutely, Pak did extremely well under dew in the last match which was against the flow too. You will rarely find people who want to debate based upon on facts, numbers etc. Its either everything is bright or everything is finished without taking into account any other factor.

Dew has clearly played a huge factor as it does normally in T20
 
Our best batter was batting at a S/R of 120 for most part of his innings meanwhile England's worst batter is currently playing at a S/R of 284. Let that sink in for a moment 😜😜😜

I’ll explain…

Pakistan for the past 2 years or so have been playing cricket in their own stubborn way. The fluke wins here and there have deluded them into believing their way is a perfect way of playing T20

You should have listened to Amir Sohail speaking to Butcher today. He was asking him if England would consider playing the powerplay the way Babar and Rizwan do….that’s pure pure arrogance!

We have become so comfortable in our lethargic approach, and we rightly cannot break those shackles! The fans here were going nuts at Harris trying to make things happen!

We deserve this humiliation. It’s true. It’s damn true.
