Misbah's got another at least another decade left in him. Pakistani players always lie about their age, pretending they're younger than they are. Misbah balanced that out by adding 18 years to his real age, he's only 24 years old really.

There isn't another game, the Pakistan A team have already been given their 2 thrashings and that's the end of the tour. Thankfully the likes of Duckett and Billings can now get back to their county games where it actually seems as if they get challenged.

When he goes for Big Hits his bat grip is so that Bat twists in his hand and he gets caught.

You say it like he's a 21 year old who's not accustomed to playing professional cricket. At 30/31, no coach going to help you mate. You either have it or you don't. You can improve you game slightly as you mature and improve your mental game, but that's all.

These two are the last good pair of batsmen that we have, somehow we have to play for a draw.

Another session of lost wickets to some very average shots, the application of our batters has been poor here.
 
Look peeps, nothing is impossible. Wait for a 350 run stand between Asad and Sarfraz, a 50 from Wahab and 30 from Yasir. Asad winning the game for Pakistan with 200 not out. :hamster:
 
I would rather have out batsman practice their shots and get used to these pitches for limited overs games than block, block and get out. This way they can also boost their averages and strike rates in Tests.

Do you think Misbah at 42 is not a finished article? His reflexes are the not same.

This is called a spirit of not giving up, it doesn't mean the person can't understand cricket.

It's always good not to give up.

But it's always better to set targets that are achievable and then build from there.

For instance one might say "I want to chase 300 in 10 overs, and after 3 overs he is 20-7 wickets and still believes he can chase 300 runs.

That is unrealistic and foolish and whoever thinks that, is not actually doing his mind justice.

AT best Pakistan should look to play today's session, and see where that lands them.

Beyond that asking for something that won't happen and saying it will NOT ONLY UNDERMINES YOUR GOOD POSTING ABILITY, but also makes you sound like a delusional kid.

Once again, nothing wrong with dreaming big.

But always dream towards logic in mind.

Despite that he is our highest run scorer this series so show a bit of appreciation.

No, it's called delusion. There is being hopeful and then there is being delusional.
 
Our players should become fitness trainers and teach people how to do push-ups.

They can't play cricket.

First of all the overs remaining are more than 100, so it can be achieved.

If I say we aren't winning, then what's the point of the batsmen carrying on? Shouldn't they declare?

Not giving up at this stage is not crazy or delusional, if I say we will win after we lose then that would mean I am crazy or delusional.
