Buddy we all know how that chase was going for Pakistan in the start. The constant brain farts by Fakhar, Rizwan and then Imad were just a collective cricketing suicide by the team. No other team would have let India defend that pathetic total. Indian batting was taken to the cleaners that day.


Lucky escape just like the final of the same tournament.

No, they shpuld focus on batting as long as possible and ideally all the way till day 4.

They can bowl England put on a day 5 which is basically day 10.

England won't settle for a draw, it's against their nature so they can easily get bowled out in a day

Looks like you're still hurting. It's fine but you must not lose objectivity.

Pakistan were only under the illusion of a controlled chase that day. At no point were they running away with the game. It was not easy to score 6 RPO on that wicket and with Bumrah in the bank , it was never going to be easy. 120 was more than enough..lol at taken to the cleaners.

Scoring 120 in a t20 is not being taken to the cleaners? Should i correct myself to a godly batting performance?
You can say whatever you want but any other team would have not let India defend that. Bumrah bowls 4 overs, not the full 20.

We don't pick him because we have Jadeja who is a more appropriate option for the 4+1 combination that we play in SENA. Had we had a seam bowling all rounder like Pandya available, he would have played each and every test match for us in the past 7-8 years.
 
England shouldn't be able chase anything above 300.

That should be the target for PAK

A mediocre Bangladeshi bowling attack restricted the power packed south african batting line-up to a "measly 115" on the same wicket. And proceeded to lose..

That was a pathetic T20 wicket and any decent bowling attack would restrict any team in the world below 130 on it. Again...lol at taken to the cleaners.

Pakistan is a rubbish team plain and simple. You're really pushing it with an Indian narrative.

No team on the planet would just falter when 40 of 40 are needed and imad misses an entire over, followed by chacha missing 3 full tosses and very easy full tosses.

Any top team would have finished India off as soon as they bowled that rubbish.

However Pakistan is playing with chacha who keeps getting out to full tosses by Neesham and netralvalkar and imad wasim who proved he could no longer run.

Credit India for winning a tournament, don't credit them for them being magical that day.

If a team is rubbish on one day even winning then their rubbish plain and simple.

Aus vs SA semi final was also rubbish, Both teams batted poorly but sa was the bigger rubbish that day. You don't see me defending aus like they achieved a messiah objective.
 
This last wicket partnership is actually a good sign for Pakistan. This is still a decent wicket to bat on.

Regardless, 300-320 total shpuld be enough to beat England.
 
Aqib Chad Javed managed Pakistan to bowl out England finally. Something einstein Ghantay ka Raja claimed was impossible and told us to focus on Babar's centuries.

Also Saeed Ajmal, despite a dodgy action, had a strike rate on par with Ashwin in SENA countries.

PAK just kept bowling their spinners till they got wickets . India play 5 bowlers and don't do that.
 
Pak should try to get 275. With heavy roller again they will have a decent pitch to bat on for an hr or so. 350 won’t be chaseable on day 4/5.

5 bowlers is ideal for test cricket. I dont know why Pakistan insists on keeping 4 bowlers. Insecure about the batting lineup i guess.

England have done well to get close to the total given the circumstances early on. Given how Pakistan have been in the last 15 months, England are still in the game.
 
Saim needs to bat responsibly here. Show you got some character in you.

The roller has done a good job. England wrapped up way too quickly. There is still shots on offer in the first session at least with the new ball
 
Bashir overpitching way too much this series.

Leach bowls around 55-60% in the right areas . Don Bashir is around the 35-40% mark
 
This is Pakistan's big chance.

They need a good score here to claw back into the series. 400 a.o. won't hurt.
