Can England dislodge Rohit early and wrap India under 150 to chase a total of 350?

Can we see a Joe Root or Ben Stokes special this time?

Or is it gonna be Ravichandran Ashwin coming up with another 5-fer to ultimately level the series going into pink ball test.

Its good thought that Poms would restrict India within 350 - 380 and then win.

But unfortunately its not going to happen. On this surface, Poms would struggle to chase 200 against Ashwin.

Man, the Poms whining about the pitch again is getting to me! Sure, it is turning a bit, but it is not unplayable by any stretch

Every country has its distinct pitch , there is nothing to complain about. India may have lost the toss here. You have to adjust on different pitches and conditions , there is a reason why it is called Test Cricket. Test Wins should not come easily

Another one gone .can India cross100 mark, these wickets nothing to do with pitch

I still think Rohits first innings hundred made the biggest difference , also England batted poorly in first Innings , they should have managed at least 250 , thus reducing the lead to 75 runs

No, the damage was done by Rohit on day one. It’s all about personal battles now, playing for pride.

India should look to attack more , the lead that they have is already enough to win the game

Virat playing in England hand .he need to attacked otherwise he will be out soon without scoring runs

The way ball is turning and dust coming out of pitch, it looks like Ind has already got decent lead to defend in the 4th innings. Still a lot of time left in the game so obviously it makes sense to keep on extending the lead.

When ball is turning this much, coming out can be a big risk especially if you dont get to the pitch as there is almost no chance to adjust. Sweep and reverse sweep are possibly the best options in such conditions.

Kohli looks like a different batsman these days. I am pretty sure fans will start cursing him after 1 year just like they did to Sachin and Dhoni. :inti

Good adjustment of speed by Leach here.

He is Pant. He was playing for the team. He is allowed to play like this. :inti

Not sure sweep is the best option. We all saw what happened to Joe Root yesterday.

Just short . Poor batting by batsman's so far .this pitch is playing with player mind .it's not unplayable

Dhoni did it for 4-6 years.. Sachin’s bad period lasted only 1 year every time when he was out of form.

True but, his style of play has been working pretty well recently so I guess fair enough to give him license especially in a situation where Ind is well in front.

India may not get to more than 150-175 if Eng bowls the same way. In the first inning, they bowled too many hit-me balls. India has the last 3-4 wickets who don't really bat.

Moen was possibly brought in for his experience and maybe more control than Bess but, its not looking much of an upgrade in this match.

Why hasnt stuart broad bowled so far?? No wonder fast bowlers often refuse to tour India

Indians are actually poor against spin. If Eng could just keep it tight ...

Flakes keeping is outstanding .he should be England team as a permanent Wk also what I was seen in first inning his batting is pretty solid against spin

The last 4 wickets won't add more than 10 runs. Just need to take 1 wicket here.

Poor from us. The pitch still hasn't any demons in it, its only poor batting from us.

England have completely turned it around....this is going to be greatest ever comeback in test cricket, they should now win this match comfortably....pitch has no demons, it is just that the Indian batsmen were useless against spin

This gen might not be as good at playing spin as Tendulkar, Laxman, Sehwag or Dravid but, still I would say they are decent and pretty good in white ball cricket against spin. This seems to be a problem throughout young ones in the sub continent as they are definitely inferior than previous gen while playing spin.

Need to somehow set England a target of 350 at least.

Rahane consistency is always issue .he can Play match winning innings here and there but that's not good enough for top 5 player

Pujara has been totally off the boil in this series.

They are actually poor. Right now Rahane came out very early and it allowed Ali to change length.

Lol

10 runs off that Leach over. That's how you play him.

Kohli batting well here , he looks determined here specially after Rohits outstanding innings :)
