Hahah. Guys i am telling you now overcast conditions now and Pak butter slip fielders must be ready to catch now. England will be in trouble if Amir gets 1 wicket here.
 
Hafeez dropped one and this from Sarfraz off Cook but who else did Sarfraz drop ?
Becoz Cricinfo is mentioning this is second drop for Sarfraz today
 
You can't compete in England without catching. Sad enough that our bowlers have always had to carry the burden of our rubbish batsmen.

Even sadder that those useless batsmen can't hold on to the simplest of catches that come their way.
 
I'm just trying to imagine how divine Wasim AKram was considering the poor standard of Pakistani fielding. I have no qualms in accepting him as my 2nd god after Sachin :))

This is the second chance dropped by Pakistan both of Amir, one by Hafeez and one by Sarfaraz and cricinfo does not say that this is Sarfaraz's second drop
 
Amir has had the best batsman for England out twice now - yet the wicket column is empty and 1 or 2 weeks down the line - ppl be like "what did Amir do?"
 
Don't get upset guys - drop catches are part of the game. England dropped an easier one of Misbah ......

Before this series, I thought that PAK can compete if their bowlers are to take about 13 or 14 wickets/innings. May be I should put the bar a bit higher - 15 can save 4-0.

By the way, PAK is playing 3 pacers & they are bowling into their 2nd spell already. Now, with 4 bowler strategy 2 of the best side ruled world because they made sure their bowlers needs to take 6 wickets to make it 200/6. There is a good chance that Cook would stay till 2nd new ball - that's 20 overs each from the pacers & some of us would write that PAK pacers would struggle to make BD bench ....................

Boss, in Test matches, I'll bat McGrath, Murali, Walsi & Donald at 7, 8, 9 & 10 - then I'll play Bob Taylor, Syed Kirmani or Wasim Bari at 11 .......................

They are ruining him, he need wickets to calm his nerves and get confidence... No support from the team...

England media is after him like anything... Pakistanis are not giving him any favor, conditions are ideal for swing, those wickets have done world of good to Amir's confidence :po:
 
There is a reason why all Pakistan's great bowlers were experts in bowling yorkers. That was a sure shot way of getting a wicket and they did not have to rely on fielders and their butter fingers.
 
Cloudy day here in London. Perfect day for seam bowling. Its definitely not as sunny and batting friendly as it was yesterday.
 
Pakistan shouldn't fluster. Long way to go in the match.

Cook doesn't look comfortable on the off.

Story of OUR cricket history. I am shocked that Amir have found another edge of Cook goes on to show what a fantastic bowler he is. Pakistan team must buckle up this is their best chance to beat England.

Would probably have averaged 18-19. He was a genius, as simple as that.
 
Where is Mamoon who was praising Cook for being so classy and calm and deriding Misbah for his pads struck ever so often.

Two chances already by Cook :)))
 
Amir and Yasir are doing their best, but if your keeper and others don't support then there is not much bowlers can do.
 
Amir is owning cook tbh. He's been so unlucky. Easy catches dropped by the chokers. Yasir bowling really well too
 
Catch hi drop kardiyay do dafa.. England could have been 3-4 down if we had taken the chances

They will drop Hafeez for good but not Amir now not in a million years. He is here to stay once he find his feet he will back to old amir. Bring back Asif as well now.

I think I said it about two hours ago that Cook hasn't looked very convincing but luck is on his side like Misbah.

And it was a general comment regarding Cook and Root and how they look better against pace than our middle order.

Again, what is your point? If there is any.

Unless you want to say that Misbah and co. are better players of pace than Cook and Root.

That we can definitely agree on now. In fact more so than Misbah.
 
Thank god!! Now go ultra attacking on the next batsman with amor and Yasir. This was a result of righty beautiful bowling by Yasir
 
How Cook is winning this contest?? - Amir had him twice :facepalm:

This pathetic fielding just kills it... Its difficult to get over it
