Because it takes no patience to play 20 overs, fight like Starc-Pollard would never happen in tests. Also no barely clothed cheerleaders in tests either. Tast matches are too classy man.

Depends on how hungry he is.

There are 2 options of making all-rounder. You can try to bring Anwar Ali's bowling average to 35 from 100 (projected, he is yet to play a Test) & a batting average of 30 (tough, but possible). Or you can ask Aamir to improve his batting average to 20, maintaining a bowling average around 25. I guess, 2nd one is much easier as the basics are there.

Fast bowling all-rounders are the toughest job as the work load is almost 3 times (not twice, I'll explain sometimes why), you have be hungry for that, more than anything else.
