Right, we've dug out the laws on that KP incident. Law 23.3.b (v) states: "Either umpire shall call "dead ball" when he is satisfied that for an adequate reason the striker is not ready for the delivery of the ball and, if the ball is delivered, makes no attempt to play it. "He's bang to rights, and that should have been given out, I reckon," adds Miller

Michael Holding conclusively demonstrated with video footage that the umpire did not actually call the no ball when the ball was bowled - in fact it was when he realised KP - STUPIDLY after backing away decided to play the ball with his bat - and got caught. it was out simple, according to the rules of the game.

I'm not trying to defend Amin but everyone initially went upmfor LBW. I'm 100% there would have been a better effort if the fielder thought it was a catch but unprofessionalism and Pakistan go together very nicely
