I don’t know man I’m surprised he’s survived this long. He seems to be afraid of the ball. Maybe it’s just nerves of a 22 year old on debut, but he seems to be playing away from his body with no foot movement and there just seems to be a lot of ways to get him out - out side edge, sneak through gap between bat and pad, inside edge. There just seems to be a lot of vulnerabilities.

Having said that - I believe he has scored a couple of 50s and a 100 at domestic level, so maybe he’s just not quite playing at his potential so far in this innings
