What's new

India [329 & 352/7d] beat England [161 & 317] by 203 runs to win 3rd Test Match

Do we get that extra half hour now that the game is nearly over?

Hopefully. Common sense should prevail, and not the “let’s call lunch even though India needs only two runs to win the match” sense.

Bumrah keeps bowling no-balls. As I have said before, I have this nightmarish feeling of him bowling a no-ball in one of the knockout matches of next year's WC and in turn knocking India out.

So Bumrah has potentially missed out on a 5-fer because of a no-ball.

If this doesn't make him learn, nothing will.

So bumrah comes back and now both pandya and bumrah helped us to win this match. Bring their ipl captain Rohit Sharma and we will win the series? :genius

Bumrah returns and has impact...Just shows what if Bhuvi was available for first and second test match

very good comeback by india after 2-0 thrashing . England should adjust Curan somehow he gives different angle .Jennings and cook are doing nothing need to ponder on that too

No-ballrah getting carted by Rashid!

The gods are unhappy with his overstepping.

We gave Rashid two wickets, now to shower him with a few runs so he can ensure his spot for the next test.

Be a bit dumb if we have to come back tomorrow just for these two...

Dropped catch, India choking. Is that the turning point in this match? :yk2

I switched off when Holding and Bhajji came on to commentate.....ehhhh.... couldn't stand it...

Will refresh this page now n then

Bumrah bowls too many no bowls. Ishant has worked on it and now bowls way less than before. I don't remember Shami or Umesh bowling alot no balls.

India wanna take the game to the next day... do that people who got tickets for tomorrow don't suffer..

So kind.

India has problems finishing off matches. It is almost a ritual now to drop 2-3 sitters with win at sight.

It's bloody hard enough winning overseas tests without bowling no-balls and dropping catches.

This is probably the best bowling unit of India I have seen.

Don't know what India are doing here.

Just bowl at the stumps to Broad because he's scared of a bouncer every ball.

Yorker and bouncer, just two balls should be bowled to Broad.

Kohli should had been a bowler, would had made things interesting, but has the worst bowling action in history even worse than Paul Adams.

Imagine how much closer this match would have been at this point in time had England just scored a 100 more runs in their first innings.

It's actually mildly annoying that all of our batsmen are very reluctant bowlers.

If we want to switch it up a little bit a la with Sehwag / Sachin / Ganguly etc in years past, we can't.

Imagine if Butter was not dropped when he was on zero.

Oh I didn't know he was dropped... I wasn't following the match, thought India would have wrapped it up sooner. Anyways last wicket to go.

Indian pacers keeping their pace entire day. 10 years back, it was not possible for them to bowl fast for entire day.

That outswinger from Ashwin is an amazing delivery... That guy is a genius!

Seriously. Anderson would have been proud of that outswinger.

Ashwin's approach to his cricket is similar to Kohli - always trying to up their game. Ashwin is now a off-spinner/leg-spinner/swing bowler. LoL.

Indian Fitness standards have gone 10 notches up while Pakistan has gone 10 notches down.

-Bumrah wont last long with his action.
-Bumrah will get found out in months.
-Bumrah wont bowl fast for long.
-Bumrah is not Test quality..Etc etc

And this boy keeps proving everyone wrong.

We always take years to get rid of the tail.

Bumrah is just playing 4th test. With this action he will get injured but not found out. He will keep bowling fast as well but only thing is injury and workload. Though very skillful and intelligent cricketer he is at such young age.

Bumrah's action is great.

For England players who have grown up against a bowling machine they will have no idea where the next delivery will be released from.

Nice aggressive fast bowling front shami, Bumrah and Ishant.

All of them have bowled at good pace all throughout the match.

This Shami is rubbish. Bowls so many loose deliveries. Missing Bhuvi.

I think we are done with Bhuvi for this season, and thats unfortunate. He was going to be our trump card in England, but he didn't play at all.

Now I guess it's Aussie tour next? Even if he is fit, I doubt he will make the cut for conditions there.

Coming back tomorrow just for this is a joke.
