India [329 & 352/7d] beat England [161 & 317] by 203 runs to win 3rd Test Match

Lol one wicket and England will probably collapse. This partnership is giving England momentum though for the next test, which should be a concern for India

Though this sort of Gatling’s-jammed-and-the-Colonel’s-dead situation is what the English live for ;-)
 
There's simply too many runs to get regardless of how well they do.

Never going to happen. India has done very well to dominate England in this match, and no chance they won’t be able to pick up six wickets to finish this off. However, the more England delay this, the more momentum they carry into the next match.

We started bowling around 24 hours ago.

We've only taken 4 wickets.

The signs aren't promising, especially with showers forecast tomorrow.
 
IPL stint helped Buttler get a Test recall, and now he has put the cat among the Indian pigeons.

Cricket is a beautiful game.
 
Shami bowled 3 overs in 2nd session. Just 2 in 3rd session till now. He leaked runs but he can get wickets too.
 
I have a feeling a run-out is our best chance of a wicket here.

It's funny the weather is so hot and unbearable these days, we actually look forward to rain lol, that's great news :).

Rain doesn't last very long, and I imagine play starts pretty quickly when the rain stops as it's hot, so I think India will be able to get 90 overs in. Overcast conditions might make it easier to bowl a bit too.

Looks like Butler's gone anyway.

Do you think the adjustments Bairstow made to his game in LOIs (so that he could open up the offside) have adversely impacted his test batting?

Seems a lot more vulnerable in tests all of a sudden, getting dismissed in similar fashion.
 
This is why Bumrah and Shami are really important for our test fortunes outside Asia.
 
This reminds me of Waqar sitting padded up for ten hours waiting for Wasim to get OUT and than got dismissed for a first ball duck.
 
The fact that India competed so well in the first Test without Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar shows that they are the best team in the world.

No, it was just the fractured finger. His game in ODIs is no different. It's just easier to score.

He scored 70, 28, 93 in the previous two games.

Stokes was remarkable in India as well, whole team was falling around him.

Hoping he has better mental attitude than flintoff to reach higher levels.

Bumrah is the best Asian fast bowler right now across formats.

Very hard to read and great pace. Easily clocks 145, in ODI and T20s he is already good. Doing good as a test bowler now.
 
England :)))

India has been good, but to capitulate like this at home is sad.

Bumrah’s love story with no-ball continues. Umpire should just give it out to end England’s misery though.
