Siraj was on his debut. But don't know what prompted the selectors to push him to the highest level so fast. He is a pure cannon fodder at this point. An inferior version of Umesh Yadav.

Our bowling should be BK/Bumrah/Chahal/ Kuldeep/Pandya.

If you are going with an extra bowler, it means Pandya is not good enough to bowl in 4 overs. This means Pandya is being played as a pure batsman. If that is the case, then play KL Rahul in place of Pandya.

Pandya as a pure batsman does not deserve a place in the team. Kohli and Shastri are taking this team backwards with their stupid strategies.
