3 wickets down.

Good effort by Pak but they need to keep chipping away. Rehman could trouble the lefties and Hafeez could be a good around the wicket option.

Need to bring on Wahab to get Ryder again!

Looks like a draw on the card. Nothing in it for the fasties at the moment, if and when we bat it should be easy peasy barring the umpires. Any blunders today btw?

Williamson and Guppeh going was a blessing in disguise for NZ IMO. Only strokemakers left to come in our lineup.

Pakistan win is probably more likely than a NZ one atm tbh. :p

Vettori is crap and there is very little in this for fast bowlers.

Still, a draw is expected.

With 38 overs left NZ can easly get 280-300 lead by end of the day.

draw probably. pakistan loss is out of the question, you saw how we stood up against a strong saffer attack. this wicket isn't as flat as those, but still pretty flat...

Pakistan as always poor in 1 session but always come back in the next, took the 3 needed wickets. Slowed things down and kept things tight.

After tea, need 3 more quick wickets, that of Taylor, Ryder and Vettori.

Keep the set total somewhere btwn 220-250 and Pakistan win series 2-0

pakistan most probably will be chasing 300 and on fifth day pitch with martin mcgrath and vetorri warne its gona be a tough thing. will younis come to rescue again?

Still don't think an NZ win is very likely either lol. They won't declare today for sure, and if we haven't bowled them out I think they'll bat into the morning at least.

We got 2-3 suspect players of spin in our squad but it all comes down to Younis tomorrow. Should he get his eye in and be off from the get go we can still win/draw, again, barring the umpires.

if NZ gets out today some how!! May be collapse!!
We have big chances to win the game!!

I do not know why i have feeling we will win the game!!!!

they just showed the NZ squad for the WC.

no Kane, Milne or Butler there.

Taylor is in good form so I guess he'd be the key wicket here.

Ryder looks like he's going to smash everything so he should present some chances.. Pakistan need to be ready to take them.

2 more wickets and Gul can finish them off under 250 :)

Hafeez opening the spell, they should stick to spin both sides, dry up the runs keep things tight more pressure creates more wickets.

Well bowled, tell you what, in turning conditions, Hafeez is a useful 2nd spinner to play in your side

We can still play 3 quickies, and use Hafeez more

Adnan hasn't been good behind the stumps today but he's still new and young he'll learn from his mistakes, he's weak taking catches from very close

aaaaand there goes the bijli!

oh well, best of luck to Pak, I'm off!

Should be an interesting passage of play here - 2 spinners and a track offering spin.

This will be interesting - Hafeez to the lhb.

Lesson for Misbah and co as to how runs are scored with a faster pace. NZ is going to score another 150 EASY by end of the day to take a 300 + lead and put Pakistan into bat either a couple of overs before close of the play or early tomorrow morning.

Taylor and Ryder are world class talents playing on their (small) home grounds. Very hard to restrict them.

What more to expect from your comments, its always negative from you

Rehman not spinning it, needs to flight the ball here.

Need Rider's wicket.......man he can really score some quick runs here

you are a very pessimistic one aren't you :).

New Zealand aren't exactly scoring quick at all.
