It's disappointing though that my vote, along with my family's, is most probably going to be in vain since IK is expected to give up his NA-1 seat in favor of his NA-56(Pindi) seat and NA-1 will most likely go to Bilor in the bye elections.

Usually, in the bye elections, the previous party winner does win, so don't worry about your vote. Wont go to waste
 
Bilor's been ground into a fine paste in NA-1. 1050 (IK) to 290 so far. PTI leading in the Nooras' traditional stronghold Abotabad too. Sadly, the Nazi in chief, Maulana Diesel seems be in the lead in DI Khan although it's somewhat encouraging that Nazi party number 2, JI's candidate has been thrashed 1100 to 140 odd in one of the FATA constituencies.
 
My gut feel tells me PTI will do OK, not great, but we are in for some major shock in Punjab
 
Yasmin Rasheed only 1 polling station, but behind by 10. Nawaz Shareef upset hosakta hai?
 
Looks like PTI will end up in opposition. Extremely saddening to see PTI isn't even in top 2 in many KPK and Punjab seats.
 
WOW Dr Yasmin Rashid giving Nawaz Sharif run for money. NS only leading by 10 votes

Way too early to tell, although it was always likely that PTI would end up in opposition. We have to wait for the final picture to emerge.
 
PTI looking like will win KPK (NA) and create major upsets in Punjab. In Sind PTI has been rejected, but no clue about Baluchistan

Nearly twice as many votes to the Nooras' candidate there. A friend's brother drove 6 hours back and forth(12 hours total) to vote there(Isakhel, not sure if it's covered by NA-72 but it's in Mianwali).
 
Really heartening to see the (preliminary)results from the FATA region. The JI and JUI nazis have been told in no uncertain terms that the Pukhtoons want nothing to do with them. PTI and independents leading by huge margins(to the tune of 1500-2000 against 150-200).

Do you think independents will join PTI to form goverment if possible?
 
Guys like Rural area vote is not out now.

PML-N and PPP will sweep that due to bridari and clans

like removing a tumor which has surrounded the brain. If in these elections we can break the back bone of diesel, it will be a positive point.

Oh yeah, absolutely. IK is the most popular mainstream politician in that part of the country by a light year and the independents are more likely to join up with him than with any of the other major parties. Under PPP, they lost tens of thousands of their friends and family members whilst the army and government allowed the Taliban free rein in the area so the PPP is out and the Nooras are known for screwing over Pukhtoons royally to benefit Punjab in any possible way.
 
Some very good results for PTI so far but one thing is for sure, mostly BIG names are winning even from PTI so it's disappointing from that regard.

KPK obviously haven't gone the traditional way but same old big names winning rest of country
 
What's up with the Sindh provincial assembly? JUI Nazis seem to be in the top two for almost a third of the seats.
