That's how Sachin Tendulkar was created, who was not a great captain, but BCCI used to accomodate and provide all kinds of benefit to him, as well as promote him aggresively everywhere. As a result, an entire generation idolize him and try to imitate him in batting and his hard-working, in order to achieve as much success as he had got.
