Think these guys are having trouble adjusting to the altitude. They're clearly much faster than the pace they've bowled at.
Hasan is clocking his normal speeds. Only Aamir is down on pace.

Only 14 overs in and the rondu gang is in full flow)
Amir needs to go. He has nothing to offer as a fast bowler.
South african grounds and pitches favor quick run scoring. No comparison to uae though as bowlers are never out of the game. No matter the stage of the game.People worried about the run-rate would do well to have a look at South African bowlers' economy rates throughout this series.
Gotta be kidding. What an anticlimax.
Your cricketing acumen is severely lacking if you believed our performance would be any better. Then again, we already knew that so...I think it might have to do with the fact that we are 2-0 down and lost the previous Test series 2-1, that too in the UAE.

Yes. Makes for good cricket. Cricket in UAE will pull sponsors away from the game eventually.South african grounds and pitches favor quick run scoring. No comparison to uae though as bowlers are never out of the game. No matter the stage of the game.

Nut hamza is also slow and short so what’s the pointMir Hamza should have been in squad a specialist test bowler
But golden boy treatments on some players won’t let it happen

Is Cricinfo trolling us fans when they say 'serious pace' on one of Hasan Ali's deliveries?![]()
Yeah and if I have to bring up the number of times you have been humiliated on this forum, we'll be here for a long time buddy.Yes we saw your superior acumen in the Asia Cup, but I am not prepared to settle for mediocrity. Maybe you are.
So please don’t interrupt my criticism. Thanks.

If Bhuvneshwar played for Pakistan, he would have been the fastest bowler in the country.

142 kph is not serious pace.He is the only one hustling the batsman. And got sharp inward movement at close to 142 kp. How is that trolling?
They played 1st Test at Centurion few km away on similar or even higher altitude.
Hasan Ali’s Test career is coming to a close.
What’s the use of 5 bowlers?
Hasan was clocking high 130s and low 140s consistently in UAE. His pace should be up 3-5k on these pitches because you don't have to dig into the pitch to get bounce here. Instead it's dropped the opposite way. It's not just one bowler, it's been consistent with all of them. It's either the altitude or they've over-trained trying to acclimatize.
Yeah, I meant for all the venues, not just this one.
Calm down brother)
Its just day 1
Hos height ISVs not suitable for t at cricket and above that he is attitude. Can only be decent odi bowler at best. For me his test career should be over.Hasan Ali’s Test career is coming to a close.

Amor is till the best bowler we have and at his best he is mediocre which sumps up everything. Hype around Abbas is also fading suddenly and I was wrong about him too.The inability of our pacers to swing the new ball is unbelievable. Even Zimbabwean trundlers get more movement in the air.
One of the biggest reasons for our decline in the fast bowling department is the death of new ball skills.
Apart from Amir (that too once in 2 years) and Asif, hardly any bowler has been able to use the new ball.
Faheem atleast has bowled with some plan, better line length than all others. This is the level of our seamers.

I am taking about his attitude and height not altitude.Must say, this is the first series where I've been hearing this altitude excuse.
Fast or fast medium bowlers should relish South African conditions - look at Philander.

He is good for speeches only. He has appointed a dinosaur who is out of his depth. The only glimmer of hope is Wasim Khan, but he cannot do anything when there is no talent left in Pakistan.

Junaids was right about Hasan. People got carried away by his purple patch in 2017. An okay bowler at best, nothing special.
our fast bowling is mediocre altitudes etc would not help.Apologies.
But people have been throwing the "this ground is at altitude" excuse as well.

Faheem has decent pace for a seam bowling allrounder.
