Ok fair enough. i shouldnt have posted that.

you know he has a weakness against spin correct. You have watched as as much as i have correct? eevry match since his come back. The thing is that he has a massive flaw that needs to be rectified or else he will end up becoming a liability on any turning pitch However he has shown improvement from his previous horror levels. that doesnt mean that we will see him play like lara but it means that he has improvement but what he must do is improve on that improvement and increase his learning curve plus he needs to become consistent. TBH apart from the slowness of his knock he has looked assured and tackled spinners well which is a good sign.

Shehzad is weak against spin.

So majority of PP want Shehzad out yeah?

I heavily doubt that since we dont have a replacement. even mamoon wants him in but he criticizes his flaws. till we get a dynamic opener who can score centuries, we cant let him go. Jamnsheed still needs more time to recover.

I mean out as in this innings.

BD doesn't seem to understand cricket much, of course you're bound to score every so often.

It's what you do in-between those big scores that differentiates the good from the mediocre batsmen.

Averaging 38 whilst playing your whole career in the SC is pretty average.

If he were Indian, he'd probably be being pushed out by Indian fans.

Here some are making him a worldwide legend :shehzad

It is true we don't have a replacement for Shehzad just yet, not until Babar Azam comes of age (much better than both Shehzad and Umar).

Sami Aslam is nothing special either.

I am always right in everything I do.

Come back to me after this session.

Goodbye all.

Go Pakistan Go. If they can keep even half the scoring rate as these first two overs people would start to calm down.

Williamson made a century against SA, but I don't even really rate that as it was on a phatta (even though it was match saving, which did give it some value).

The true worth of a batsmen is shown when conditions are most difficult.

Yes , no doubt.

Its important to contribute when chips are down. That separates good from great.

I think the idea is to pile on as many runs as possible by tea. Hopefully Sarfraz or even Shafiq bat ahead of Misbah, both are busy players who can accelerate without too much risk.

Shehzad is a good player but he needs to be fixed mentally. He is confused on how to approach his innings. He shouldn't model our tuk tuk machines he should just play his natural game which is aggressive.

safraz is pad it up so i think want to post run quickly on the board

This is why I haven't gotten ahead of myself with Williamson, he has a pretty ordinary record in Aus and SA.

Younis showing he can be useful at the World Cup.
Provided he has batting 200 deliveries in a prior match and there is no pressure or flat pitch

Pakistan should make enough runs to compensate for a brisk century from someone in the Aussie batting line up. The rest won't contribute.

YK coming back would mean your favorite good looking Asad will be benched..:P

yup sami aslam has failed in 4 matches against u.a.e so far

I think the most expendable names in the odi batting line up are Akmal and sohaib these days. Deserved, I would say.

Yonis going fine...its Shehzad who after playing over 160 deliveries still playing like he is new at the crease.

If it was first inning then it would have been okay.

but you don't have a good no.6 and 7 batsmen other than these two.. Batting at no.6 and 7 in ODIs mean you can strike at 100+ which Asad Shafiq is not capable of. Who is left then? Misbah?Fawad Alam?Yk?

Shafiq still has done nothing to remove either of those players. 2 innings with one fifty doesn't dispel a career. The series before the only win you had was because of brilliance by Maqsood. Don't drop Shafiq but saying to drop those two over him is knee jerk if I ever saw.
