If your going to use a boxing analogy then at least get your terminology right.

Azhar doing the right thing here and keeping his wicket safe while allowing younis to play the key role. Some people really need to understand this game better!

If azhar doesnt go for less than 50-60, I think he still has done his job.

No, he hasn't. It will still be a poor innings. That is the problem with Pak cricket, we are satisfied too easily. Your no.3's should know how to go big and score daddy hundreds.

A fifty of 150 balls is not going to cut it.

We all do understand it.

Still a SR in the twenties after playing a 100 balls, that too on a belter is just pathetic.

I worry about Nathan Lyons future after this series if everything continues the way it is.

Do you remember when we used to get out for 100-200 hundered runs.
I mean 50-60 that gets you a hundered partnership .... good enough.
We dont have ricky ponting, dravid or Kallis playing for us and it is a fact.

The aussies look tired tbh. And why aren't they not sledging us. Is this even Australia playing

When??

Azhar has been a part of the team for 4-5 years now. What has he achieved in this period?? Bottom line is that he is just not good enough.

The only two bats who have really been solid and have helped us out of tight spots big time are Asad and YK.

I just got a glimpse of the ball in Stark's hand. Man these guys don't know how to take care of it

Also agreed. I bet Arsal is the kind of negative person who complained in the 2020, "Why dont Pakistanis put a price on their wicket?" And now he is complaining "Why RR so slow on day 1 in a test series where a draw wins Pak the series".

Some people just like to complain about the team no matter what.

Starc is a good bowler. Has all the tools but needs refining.

Azhar Ali just soaking up all the learning by watching his partner at the other end display another masterclass

A test average nearing 40 ..... inspite of being dropped and out of form most of past year.

Guys didn't watch the first two sessions, how was Hafeez today? Is it something to do with the pitch?

very very true. Some people also need to watch cricket properly. Test cricket is the ultimate version. Like chess! not PS4 farcry or call of duty.

Aww man, just when Azhar was looking to quicken his pace, the Aussies are looking to dry up the runs.

The reason I believe our test team has tend to come good is that the stability that is there in our team.
We have a settled bolwing and middle order batting unit for past many years. ups and downs are there, however, sticking with guys like azhar, asad, junaid, shahzad will pay off and having a single captain has also been a good factor.

Hafeez got out the way he normally does. A bit of pace and with no footwork he just sticks out his bat on the way through to Haddin.

I bet Mitch is really regretting not reviewing that lbw on Younis

Come on man, Azhar use your big shoulders to launch this ball.
