True, but Malik can not be your 5th bowler. If you select him as a 5th bowler, you're essentially relying on him to bowl his full quota, which he usually doesn't. Good 6th option, though.

Afridi is simply not good enough to bowl like this consistently. For one, he never really had talent to consistently bowl well, but these flash in the pan performances seem to dictate what people deem to be talent.

If you play ten matches, as captain, bowl 4 overs in each match, by simple law of averages, you will have at least one half decent performance.

Especially in T20 where players sometimes just flail their bat at the ball.

This is no special performance, this is just a performance one should expect of a cricketer, except this is the outlier, not the expectation.
