Still do-able in six sessions on a flat pitch. The quality is there in that lineup.

No confidence at the moment though, England will lose.

Exactly and Younis showed how as a quality batsman out of form you can score big if you do the basics right and concentrate hard for the first 50 runs.

Monty to Rehman us crucial.. Let's see how much it turns from the rough.

cmon need to see azhar through to 200 that was really disappointing from adnan his batting needs alot of work...hasn't been good since the 1st test...his 2nd test knocks were horrible with all that loose slashing!

Lol at Monty celebrations, Pakistan have way way too many runs and he's celebrating as if he's won the Test for England :))

this is what happens when you fail to pressurize the opposition by scoring runs in a bundle to put them on the back foot...although we have more than enough on the board to win the match Inshallah, our batsmen really need to learn to stamp their authority...should get at least 350 now...

It is now upto azhar if he could accelerate a bit , tail won't last long.

Bit harsh on Adnan here people, that was a jaffa.

Poor shot by Asad, good ball to get Adnan.

The ball has started to dry up and turning more: if they bowl us out, we can get 2-3 of them out before the close.

well this is poor from numbers 6,7 and 8 after being 300 for just 3 down

Lol nothing Rehman could do about that either.

124/4 runs in 57 overs today, could have done a bit better especially in the position we were in and another one bites dust.

Another one :))

I don't think it's Monty v Swann, it's Monty and Swann.

Bresnan in for Morgan. A superior test match batsman and an extra quality bowler.

2 seamers (1 who can bat), 2 spinners (1 who can bat), a good all-rounder, a wicket-keeper who can really bat at 6, 5 batters. Also gets rid of a left-hander - we have too many. I think that's the best team available for Sri Lanka.

If England have to chase 350 they'll have a chance cos there is more than enough time and the pitch is relatively good if you put your mind to it.

Rehman gone, see how quick our tail is folding? People complain that we bat slowly

Hopefully somehow we can get past a 350 lead, think we'll only get 330 though.

This is what happens when you tuk tuk unnecessarily instead of seizing the initative and putting the opposition under real pressure.

lolll not an easy pitch to bat on ... I expect England to be bowled out under 150 once again. :))

What did you guys expect Rehman to do with that? He played it as well as humanly possible lol

Azhar will go in full beast mode now. SR to go up to 60.

Azhar shud play the way he plays best, there is no need for him to try extravagant shots. Saeed can lost a few overs and then we have Gul, who will hit 2 sixes Inshallah in this innings, we shud reach 375-400.

agreed, although we have more than enough to win the match Inshallah however, we have failed to stamp the authority by falling well short of a 400 lead ...

if we had actually looked to score more, we'd already have close to 350...now we are struggling for 310!

our batsmen really need to learn from :yk on how to maneuver the ball instead of constantly blocking...

LOL at the people blaming tuk tuk

I bet if we collapsed trying to up the scoring rate the very same people would have criticised us for playing risky shots even though there is lots of time left

Saeed Ajmal averages 10.25 with the bat in this series. That's higher than Pietersen, Bell and Morgan!
