Just got back home.

Really good going so far, sad to see Hafeez miss out. Shehzad playing very well and making them pay for the missed stumping.

Need to score 550 here and bat only once.
 
Wow a lot of animosity between NZ and Pak posters here. @ Aman was trolling before the Aussie series big time and he is eating some humble pie now. But NZ are a good team i think they can score 400 on this pitch they don't play with the all or nothing approach the Aussies do. Their top bats like Taylor and Williamson have the ability to grind and dig in. In UAE i expect to beat them but in NZ i think they would beat us. A lot of Pak posters don't rate NZ because they have historically been our whipping boys. no Test series win against us since 1986. Also 92 Semi-final makes a lot of us underrate the Kiwis. As a team we will always beat. The same mentality a lot of Indians have when it comes to Indo-Pak WC games.
 
Can we please have some entertainment, now?

If I were an international batsman, I would go all out after getting a hundred.

Hope we score 600 in this series. Haven't gotten to that landmark in a while.

Why would that be a factor? You've already secured your place after getting a ton, its time you score some for the team. Only reason that Kiwis are in the game is because they've managed to curb the RR.

Don't want this to be any sort of jinx but its been long since I've seen a pak opener make a double....
 
I'm thinking we should send Shafiq if a wicket falls. He needs some more runs to boost his confidence.

Bazid is a gem of a commentator. Very wise and genuinely hilarious for a change. I would like him to be our premium commentator for many years to come.

Im most impressed with his knowledge of pakistan's domestic setup and its players. Where as rameez is just clueless.
 
NZ bowling speeds so far.
I think the lower than usual speeds are acceptable given the conditions they're used to compared to the conditions in the UAE.

than why Mamoon were saying as if it is sort of forced think and started during inzi era, and it has become a team culture if this is the case than why all team don't do so, i know it's off topic but i'm curious
 
Bazid is good. He has good humour and has very good knowledge but his voice is very boring.

Exactly ! The commentator representing the nation should have sound knowledge of who is playing in the team atm and what domestic teams and stats they have bought to the game. On the contrary Ramiz knows more about the Parosees than our own players and the antics he pulled today earlier regarding Mark Craig really put me off.

I've also seen Bazid defend Pakistan performance like a true son should and even watched him troll Deno earlier, which was indeed hilarious - good fun banter :D . Knowledgeable, wise and witty - the perfect ingredients for a good commentator, plus he seems suited for test matches as well. Goes at a reasonable pace and makes the argument genuinely interesting.

And India are minnows away from home. You' won't see Kohli scoring a ton in 52 balls and Rohit scoring 200+ outside India. India is a graveyard for bowlers.

The other commie IDK his name was telling how Mark Craig who was suffering from "chronic fatigue syndrome" and amazingly he is now playing professional cricket for NZ team. Ramiz responded with a chuckle and claimed that if not getting out of bed (one of the symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome) is such then he would like to have the latter as well :facepalm:

The worst part was Ramiz genuinely laughed it off saying it and the other commie just went quite for a minute. The stupidest comment I've heard in a cricket match.

Dont take him too serious. His almost every talk proves wrong mostly. He is a troll, he gets happiness by trolling Pakistanis.

Rameez raja, in sure hes a nice guy but his commentary has been annoying the hell out of me for many years, my fav commentators are ravi shastri and nasser hussain and lloyd aka bumble, put proper passion in it, the aussie commentators are good to

wow :facepalm: Ramiz should just leave now. He comes to Pakistan games for commentary without knowing a thing about Pakistan's domestic cricket, and on top of that, embarrasses the country with such a pathetic statement.

Bazid Khan is so much better, even if his tone is a bit boring.
