what a stupid strategy not to play normal cricket and score. MoYo just wanted to kill the overs, now the tail is exposed with new ball and not enough runs on the board.

Didn't Umar Akmal's dismissal in the second innings of first test start a slide that resulted in us losing the match that looked like it was going our way? We were at 195 with both Akmal bros playing needing 241 to win. Then Umar fell and all hell broke loose.

I really hope history doesn't repeat itself today.

Well one decision was bad and not to be used as an excuse but we were chasing then. Let NZ chase 190 to win in 50 overs. It will be like an ODI match. They will first make sure they go for draw or if they go to chase the target and lose 2 wickets early they will go for draw unless they get close with 100 runs to get and 6-7 wickets in hand. Make a match out of it

McCullum will open and single handedly take each and every bit of respect from Pakistani cricketers away. Never think about letting them bat with less then 300 to chase.

McCullum will be out in first 3 overs. Better for us as new ball and more pressure
 
we just need to rotate the srtike, pick up the singles and put any bad balls away for four...

there is no need to try and up the rate just for a declaration...that should have been our policy from the start but somehow misbah, who does look like a fish out of water, just couldnt keep the score board ticking...we should really have been close to 200 by now and in whichcase the though of a declation sometime just after lunch could have been on the cards...as it stands now, and barring a really good partnership from these two, we'll probably have to be bowled out if we are to see the kiwis bat again...

Misbah should really be a goner after this match. How in the hell did he ever score 280 odd runs in one innings back home in QEA?

On second thought, lets trade 1st and 2nd innings scores with NZ at this stage. We score 471 here and declare and give them 224 to win, which is what we scored in the 1st innings, and lets see if they can do it.

Rumors are that the kiwis commentator aren't biased. Would you believe that too?
 
Now this joker commie is saying that there is NO WAY Pakistan wins from here and that everything is favoring NZ right now.

That maybe the Australia media upto their old tricks, but to be very honest, I've always believed that he was over 20 when he debuted.

Not that it makes any difference.
 
So it will most likely be a draw then as Kami hasn't looked to score much and Aamer playing the occupying the crease role so much likely it'll be a draw!
