is reversing now!
Its reversing so early. Looks like theres something else going on too apart from the subs thing. Atherton is not one of the subs is he?
Nothing to worry bout though. Our lads grew up playing waqar and wasim in the nets. I think of it as a joke when they refer to this lil drift by ENG players as reverse swing. If u wanna watch real reverse watch waqars footage from PAK-ENG 1992.

tahaqureshi said:Hoggard in, good opportunity to blast him out of the attack, will get us some quick valuable runs as well.
They cannot tell what reverse swing is. It is a genuine winger and they all start shouting "reverse! Reverse" I remember in Ashes Jones bowled someone with a regualy inswinger and Botham is like "REVERSE REVERSE!"waquas_uk said:26.3 Flintoff to Younis Khan, no run, full in length and ball swings

Those 2 bowlers are leagues upon leagues aheadnadeem said:Billy, wasim and waqar said that they'd reverse an orange from 3rd slip to the leg stump. Yes ENG bowlers are good at donkey work. THey work hard but pls dont even try to compare their swerve to the phenomenon the world saw from 1990-2000.

Billy said:Hhhhhh... I'm not going to bother to compare any bowlers but it's a simple fact that the Kookaburra ball does not swing as much later on, hence the England bowlers aren't getting big inswingers like they did in the Ashes or Wasim and Waqar did 10 years ago.
agreed, with the way England have been bowling of late, we just can't afford to wait for the wickets to falltahaqureshi said:we've gone into a shell again I feel.....slowed down too much, we need regular boundaries.
