This is going to be crucial match for both the teams. Panthers suffered a big 160 runs defeat against the Markhors in their opening match. They bounced back well in their 2nd match of the campaign as they beat the Dolphins by 50 runs. As for the Lions team, they also had an outing to forget as they also lost their match by a big margin, 133 runs to be precise against the Stallions.

He's a 100× Superior to both Chacha and Shadab. And unlike sheddy who's a fraud batter to hide his crap bowling and same with chacha, Mubashir isn't a fraud. He's clearly a bowling allrounder who can bat but his batting skills are > Chacha and shadab

Just letting you, good teams will kill any batter from Pakistan. Thank God it's relatively quiet rn on this match thread likely cause it's still early in pakistan but otherwise they'd be a warzone rn.

Bangladesh showed us that literally none of our batters can play Nahid Rana even though his line and length is all over the place because playing anything over 140 makes our batters scared and timid.

People need to stop setting their expectations high. Pakistan is a minnow, from this tournament the likes of kamran ghulam, Usman kham, Mehran mumtaz, Mubashir Khan, Abdul samad and may new fresh faces are performing.

Pakistan shpuld focus on building a team around actual young blood performers rather then crapola players who have no future like shadab, Azam khan, Imam etc.

In international they'll get a beating of their life however given enough time they'll improve but they'll only improve if you actually select your domestic performers and have them perform.

Even in this phatoo tournament the likes of Babar, Abdullah, Imam and Shadab are getting thrashed. Besides Naseem and Chacha, none of our usual mains have done well and all have been poor.

50/4 they were and I think he partnered haider for 150 runs. Has a knack of scoring tough runs.He may have limited hitting ability but surely not a tailender.

Very dissapointed with the tail enders here. Someone needs to teach these tail enders that you need to learn to block and atleast rotate strike.

If all hope is lost, just rotate and block, even a few runs on the scorecard is better then slogging and getting out and contributing nothing to the scoreboard.

He's going to be breaking down consistently if that keeps going on and even players need to know that they're of need of rests as they won't be at their best when the team really needs them to step in important games.

Our players are such that they don't want to stay out of the team as they're rather get injured or even if they're carrying a niggle they'll carry on playing as the medical team is a joke in itself too.

People here criticizing senior players based on the performances of new players in this tournament need to remember that scoring runs in domestic competitions like this is not the same as succeeding in international cricket. These same players might struggle at the international level unless their technical deficiencies are addressed through proper coaching and they gain sufficient experience.

We should move away from overhyping players based on one or two performances in domestic or even international matches.

i think irfan has potential. he is in his early 20's and is by far, the fittest in the team. Gun fielder. His batting is average, but I have a feeling he can make it if he works hard.

Lake City Panthers defeated Nurpur Lions by 84 runs in the Bahria Town Champions One-Day Cup at the Iqbal Stadium in Faisalabad

Mubasir Khan and Haider Ali scored half-centuries, while Shadab Khan played a key role in the victory. Mubasir scored 90 runs and Haider contributed 84, lifting the Panthers from 51 for four to 283 all-out in 46.5 overs. Shadab Khan then dismissed Lions for 199 in 35.2 overs, leaving the side winless after two matches.

The match resumed on Wednesday with a day match between Dolphins and UMT Markhors. Mubasir hit 10 fours and three sixes in a 97-ball innings, while Haider's 99-ball knock included five fours and three sixes. Haider is now the leading run-getter in the tournament with 149 runs. After Mubasir missed out on a century, Haider put on 67 runs for the sixth wicket with Shadab, whose 29-ball knock was laced with five fours.

For the Lions, Ahmed Daniyal and Shaheen Shah Afridi took three wickets each, conceding 47 and 57 runs, while Aamer Yamin and Sirajuddin took two wickets each at 33 and 49 runs, respectively. Imam-ul-Haq and Muhammad Irfan Khan repaired the damage by adding 83 runs for the fourth wicket. Shadab Khan dismissed Imam at the score of 127, sending the Lions spinning out for 199 in 35.2 overs. Usama Mir also snapped up three for 55, and Mohammad Hasnain took two wickets for 28 runs, securing his place at the top of the bowlers table.
