PTI and Q league break up, shujaat refuses votes to Elahi

Elahi is on PTIs side stillI told yesterday. These crooks are all on the same side.
Elahi is on PTIs side still
But since shujaat is the leader of Q league technically when it comes to vote he has told his members not to vote for elahi
Bro it's a game. They know that if the PTI cand against they will be finished. This way they have their cake and eat it.
Yup it's elahi who decides who to vote for. Not shujaatChaudhry Shujaat says he will not back Imran Khan's candidate: Moonis
In a major development ahead of the voting, PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi said that his uncle, Chaudhry Shujaat, has refused to back Imran Khan's candidate.
He said that he had gone to visit Shujaat but he refused to issue a video recording in this regard. "I have lost and Imran Khan has lost as well but Zardari has won," Moonis quoted his uncle as saying.
In response, former interior minister Sheikh Rasheed said that Pervez Elahi was the parliamentary leader of PML-Q.
"Chaudhry Shujaat had said twice or thrice before that he would back Elahi, but Asif Zardari has, once again, exposed himself."
Sources told ARY News that Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain excused himself from voting for Pervaiz Elahi, the joint candidate of PTI and PML-Q.
According to reports, Shujaat said that PML-Q will neither vote for the Imran Khan-backed candidate nor pave way for becoming a PTI candidate as the CM Punjab.
It was learnt that Shujaat gave a clear message to Moonis Elahi.
The Punjab Assembly Deputy Speaker Dost Mazari received a letter from PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain in which he stated that his political party will remain impartial in the voting process for the CM election.
He requested the PA deputy speaker to not count PML-Q votes. The deputy speaker showed Shujaat’s letter in the House.

Elahi wins election, but Hamza gets Punjab CM slot
Deputy speaker rejects 10 votes of PML-Q and declares Hamza winner who bagged 178 votes against 186 of Elahi
LAHORE:
The deputy speaker in the Punjab Assembly, Dost Mohammad Mazari, has declared Hamza Shehbaz winner of the chief minister election who bagged 178 votes against 186 of Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi after rejecting 10 votes of the PML-Q citing a letter from the party head, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, who barred his party MPAs from voting for the PTI candidate. The crucial session faced a three-hour long delay due to last-minute political wheeling and dealing.
Going against the directives of Chaudhry Shujaat, all ten PML-Q lawmakers in the Punjab Assembly reportedly voted for Pervaiz Elahi in the chief minister election.
However, Deputy Speaker Dost Mazari did not accept the votes of the PML-Q lawmakers.
“Hamza Shehbaz got 179 votes. PTI received 176 votes and PML-Q bagged 10 votes but I just received a letter from Chaudhry Shujaat,” said the deputy speaker while announcing the result of the CM election.
“As party president of PML-Q, I have directed my provincial members to vote for Hamza Shehbaz,” said the deputy speaker while reading from the letter received from Chaudhry Shujaat.
In line with the ruling of the Supreme Court verdict on Article 63-A related to the defection clause, the deputy speaker said he had rejected the votes of PML-Q lawmakers.
Speaking on the floor of the house, PTI leader Raja Basharat challenged the deputy speaker’s ruling, saying as custodian of the house he could not reject the lawmakers’ votes.
“Chaudhary Shujaat is not authorised to prevent members from voting… he does not have the authority to stop any member,” he said.
However, rejecting the objections of the PTI leader, the deputy speaker said he was performing his duties as per the orders of the Supreme Court.
The political heavy weights including PPP co-chairman and former president Asif Ali Zardari had swung into action to make last-ditch effort to salvage CM Hamza-led provincial government earlier today.
The unconfirmed media reports claimed that PML-Q chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain could issue a letter to Deputy Speaker Punjab Assembly Mazari.
The reports said the content of the letter is unknown. However, the PML-Q chief via letter could direct his party lawmakers to vote for Hamza Shehbaz for Punjab CM slot.
PML-Q leader Moonis Elahi said that party president Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has refused to back the PTI’s candidate — his cousin Pervaiz Elahi — for the slot of Punjab chief minister.
“I’ve lost and so has Imran Khan… Zardari has won,” he was quoted by a section of media as saying.
“No video statement has been recorded… I went to meet him [Chaudhry Shujaat] but he refused to record the video,” he said while speaking to a local TV channel.
However, Pervez Elahi in a Twitter post said that in view of the Article 63 of the Constitution, there is no importance of Chaudhry Shujaat’s directives to the lawmakers and only the parliamentary leader can issue instructions to the party members.
PML-Q leader Chaudhry Hussain Elahi said in a tweet that all ten provincial assembly lawmakers decided in the parliamentary meeting that Pervez Elahi will be the party’s candidate for Punjab chief minister.
“If Deputy Speaker does not allow these votes on basis of Ch Shujaat letter he will [be] violating the Constitution of Pakistan and his oath!,” he added.
Meanwhile, PML-N leader Ataullah Tarar has termed the letter of the PML-Q parliamentary meeting ‘fake’, saying election campaign had been going on for weeks “but you held party meeting only yesterday”.
“Legality of this letter side; this is an afterthought. Election campaign was going on since weeks and you held parl[iamnetary] party meeting yesterday??? No news or footage was given? What a shame. Total lies and a fake a letter, typical Moonis Elahi,” he said while responding to Moonis’ tweet.
Pakistan Institute of Legislative Development and Transparency (Pildat) President Ahmed Bilal Mehboob also said that according to Article 63-A (b) of Constitution, direction to vote for or against a candidate is issued to party legislators by parliamentary party in a legislature and not by the party head.
“So it is PML-Q parliamentary party in Punjab Assembly which directs its members & not Ch Shujaat,” he wrote on his official Twitter handle.
As the uncertainty surrounded the election of Punjab chief minister, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry warned that the situation would get worse if people’s mandate and Supreme Court’s verdict were not respected.
“There is no such despair [among the party leadership]… the people have announced their verdict [in Punjab by-polls]… the decision of the people will be implemented, the procedure should be constitutional… hatred is increasing among the people, uncertainty and anxiety are at an extreme.”
Earlier, lawmakers from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan Muslim League - Nawaz (PML-N) arrived at the Punjab Assembly as the two parties again go head-to-head to elect a chief minister for Punjab. However, the crucial session of the house could not commence amid reports of 'last-minute political wheeling and dealing'.
More than 180 PTI MPAs and their allies were bussed to the assembly, while PML-N members – backing Hamza Shahbaz – also reached the assembly.
Speaking to the media before arriving at the Punjab Assembly, incumbent CM Hamza Shahbaz said he "hoped for the best".
When asked if he saw himself continuing as the provincial chief executive, Hamza said "whatever is God's will, will come to pass" and that is where his hopes were pinned.

Moonis Elahi is showing a letter saying that the party's clear order is to vote for Parvez Elahi acc. to their alliance with PTI.
Wonder what Zardardi has offered to Shujaat to break apart from Elahi.
Nothing gonna change we all know judiciary is a wh0re to this crooks Default here we come
I dont think he offered anything.
Zardari is a not just a simple thief, he is a cunning criminal. I would guess it was more likely blackmail, Zardari knows something which would embarrass/ruin Shujaat, otherwise there is no need for PPP head to be in dealing with Punjab where his party is dead.
I said after the no confidence vote against IK, this is suicide by PPP and PLMN. They chose to enter power when the economy was in a dangerous position. Now with these clowns infighting, kidnapping, threatening and looting, even their previous supporters want nothing to do with them.
General elections will come when Pak people will be desperate, a big majority win for PTI will see Zardari and co run out of the country.

Videos with prostitutes etc
Yes, no doubt zardari is the real serpents head. As well as a crook, this guy is a cunning criminal who is a master of the dark arts.
So were the neutrals neutral??
I have very foolish question in my mind
If Imran Khan 's party has big majority in the assembly, why is is he supporting a third party candidate as Cm. Why not field his own candidate. This sounds so bizarre
That’s all well and good, but I do t understand why they are not protesting outside the government and military HQ. Protesting in shopping areas and parks doesn’t seem to be doing anything. If the SC upholds its judgement given after the Presidential Reference then Kukrii will be toast and Bajwa will have to find some other method. The establishment are short of options, may Allah keep IK safe from traitors

A woman with covid came to vote for chors son hamza.
There are pictures of Dost Mazari with pmlns hina butt which shows where this lotas loyalties lie.
He also asked for more security a day before this tamasha as he had planned this illegal defeat of Elahi in advance, this is clear evidence.
Also, until yesterday Shujaat repeatedly said he supports Elahi, makes no sense why he would send a letter to chor mzari.
