Of course you never knew whether they go on to become great players at the senior level or not, but you can always judge by potential. Least talented is a little subjective but they are a very ordinary cricket nation. No real contribution.

Pakistan has produced the fastest bowler. Reverse swing, doosra. Australia the best teams. Westindies with big hitters and fast bowlers. India just perennially mediocre for the kind of passion they have for the game. Even at the grassroots saw there tape ball cricketers play Pakistan’s and they looked horrible in comparison.

I kind of agree to your other points here and there but the bolded part is just hilarious. Are you seriously using tape ball cricket as a parameter...

We need to play more longer formats to extend our lead. Our T20 team is not in good form but if we were playing tests I have no doubt we would beat them. Even ODIs we would be at least 50-50 with India on most pitches with a slight edge on turners.

Merit follows from top to bottom of an organization. Under him, we may never get great selectors... Who could pick the right candidates irrespective of their clout or fans following.

Ok but this is a deeper discussion that goes beyond cricket. Other countries also have many of the issues we face yet they perform better. When you have a joker like tulla Agha with 23 avg SR120 chewing gum or Farhan who is doing bhangra and documentary over 118 SR vs India you know we have a problem.
